I’ve been training with Chris for a couple weeks now and I’m enjoying every session, he’s so motivating and positive, definitely pushing me past my limits and I leave my sessions energized and strong. Chris was amazing. His energy is awesome and he is motivational but in a gentle way that makes you feel you can but you are not in trouble if you don't.
I lost 2 inches around my waist during the 7 day free trial!! I highly recommend Chris. He has great energy and really has great knowledge and skills.

I'd like to start off by saying that I am also a personal trainer myself and decided to train with Chris because of his advanced knowledge and great personality! I had some goals I needed accountability and creativity for and Chris really helped me create the perfect plan to get there. He's keen on getting you to your goal but is patient with your progress. He's encouraging and doesn't make it feel like you're on a strict and unenjoyable regime. I learned so much and built so much confidence from learning from him, and I was actually at the best shape of my life after training with him! I gained a total of 3 lbs of lean muscle mass and dropped 2% body fat while on a flexible eating and training schedule. I highly recommend him for personal training and coaching. More...

We help out clients by assessing what is limiting them from reaching their goals on their own and devising a strategy to allow them to not only be consistent with the training but tailoring a plan that is not only EASY enough to follow but also allows the client to maintain their day to day routine.

Consistency is KEY. But a Proper plan is necessary to achieve any particular goal. Not only in health and fitness but in Life overall.

Being able to see a clients' small successes. Not only in their Fitness, but overall health.

We do not want to be bound to a specific location/gym. We are looking to help impact as many lives as possible.

We do not like to work with many clients as we like to provide an intimate experience. That way we can dedicate time to helping our clients achieve amazing results rather than having our focus skewed with many clients.

Services

Our session will be a complete tailored program SPECIFIC to your personal health and fitness goals. We will be going through a thorough session which involves specific mobility and massage integrations a long with the fitness aspect of the personal training to make sure you achieve the results you want as fast as you want BUT as safe as possible. We want our clients to look amazing coming out of our training, but also FEELING amazing instead of sore and tired.
