This company was so professional and friendly and courteous. On top of that they did an amazing job cleaning our couch, chair and area rug. I’m embarrassed to say the furniture had not been cleaned in nine years and we have a dog (need I say more!). It looks like brand new furniture again as does the rug.. Great work and great customer service! Couldn’t ask for more. Will use Brian and his team again!I’m editing this review after further experience with Steamers. After the initial clean, a couple spots were visible once the carpets dried. I contacted Steamers and they were back at my house within a day to treat the remaining spots at no additional charge. Their customer service is outstanding and the results are spectacular. I highly recommend Steamers and will be booking them annually to keep my carpets looking and feeling new. Brian and his crew were punctual, considerate and very clear in their explanation of the job ahead. Their results with what was a very tired carpet were amazing. Brian and Gee were fantastic. Brian was able to give me an est over the phone and the price was spot on once they had finished. No hidden charges.They cleaned several areas in our home including an area rug, basement carpet, dining room chairs, bench, and a lounge chair and they all look brand new. Best part is they were fine working around a few other contractors we had in the house at the same time, even when the plumbers had to shut the water off for awhile.
