It was a nice conclusion to a week away from home
Went out to Salt & Brick for a first date. Had an absolutely amazing time. Our server was amazing, she explained the menu, the process, and made it a truly wonderful experience. An incredible wine list to explore and match to the mouthwatering tapas. The chefs were AMAZING! The dishes they created were EXCEPTIONAL!! It was so much fun to read through the menu and taste these dishes. Like broccoli, grape and popcorn OMG IT WAS AMAZING!All in all it was amazing. The whole night was a fabulous experience in a great atmosphere with incredible wine and out of this world food creations.Highly highly recommend this restaurant! More...
WE LOVE IT HERE. Low brow mixed with high brow mixed with local love.
Delicious wine, unique vibe! Loves it
The flavors are too much to state here, just go try it for yourself!
Every dish is an experience of its own. While one can talk about it here its better experienced in person!
Super nice hosts. Celebrated a birthday. They go above and beyond. Delicious food, great atmosphere, friendly staff. All in all a super place to relax, have fun in beautiful downtown Kelowna.
Very unique dining experience. Like tapas, but not Spanish. Very talented chef changes the menu daily. Wait staff exceptional. Celiac safe.
Good was excellent. Very relaxing atmosphere
Amazing food, great atmosphere and friendly staff
Came here based on TripAdvisor reviews. It was fabulous! The menu changes daily so what we had may not be available. We are traveling from So Cal and wanted to try some local wines and cuisine. Enjoyed a Screaming Frenzy Cab Franc. Started with not your ordinary mac and cheese, then buns with beef and ended with Brussel sprouts that were the best we've ever had. This is not your typical dinner menu/ place to go but it was outstanding. Really; still have great flavors in my mouth. More...
Busy little place. Service was attentive. Sharing plates were quickly cleared and food was warm. Large portions for sharing. Loved the cauliflower, burger, waffle cone mac and cheese and fries. Good value and fun atmosphere. Local wine options were very good. Staff knowledgeable and assisted with great recommendations More...
I've been to Salt & Brick a handful of times and have always had a good experience. The food is meant to be shared, and the variety of items on the menu means that all appetites will be happy here. I love how creative the dishes are and how wonderfully pleased I am every time I try something different on their menu. They put together ingredients which you wouldn't normally even consider putting together, and someone it ends up tasting fantastic each time. Great wine selection too and enthusiastic and knowledgable service. I wouldn't hesitate to go again or to tell people to go here. Bravo, Salt & Brick! More...
Love eating here, it is always an adventure! Having a friend or two to share with is a must! Also some bravery, because chef James puts some of the most interesting items together but oh wow!
We had a great experience here. Scored a table outside and watched the sun set. Highly recommend the half & half meat & cheese platter, if they have it on the menu. It was delicious! They promote themselves as a sharing plate, tapas style restaurant, but a number of the plates we saw were not easily shared.. that was strange.. The menu is updated frequently, which is great! Our Server was an awesome Aussie lady! She made our night. Well done Salt & Brick More...
Had a great dinner. Cool concept of small plates to share, timing for everything was spot on and good selection of wines. Service was ace. Wagyu steak was a stand out and the mac and cheese was the winner for the night. Would recommend and will be stopping in again next time we are in Kelowna! More...
Great food. Loved the creativity of the menu. Server was super personable
This place is a gem. Delectable unique and flavourful selection of not so small plates for sharing, great variety to cater for carnivores and vegetarians alike. It's a given that we are in wine country and the wine menu is da-bomb. We had a really enjoyable team dinner on the patio, sipping bubbles, and watching the sun set. Definitely add Salt & Bricks to your to-do on your visit to Kelowna. More...
Salt and Brick was a lot of fun and so unusual! Loved the atmosphere and I loved the food!
Excellent menu, menu is changing daily which can cause some confusion. However Food is always Delicious no matter the menu! They don’t have any oysters (usually)which can be a let down. But when we told them they kindly recommended us to the oyster bar and grill which was walking distance away.Excellent staff, excellent food! More...
We thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience at Salt & Brick. We sat at the bar and loved being able to chat with the chefs. The dishes were extremely creative and delicious. Service was fantastic and staff was friendly and welcoming. Thank you for making our first visit to Kelowna a very memorable one! More...
This plac is just fantastic !! An amazing tapas style restaurant tucked away in Kelona of all places. This place has great food great service and a killer wine list. Whether is t was got timing or the time of the year the layout and atmosphere of the restaurant makes social gatherings here amazing. Went here with a friend and we ended up talking with complete strangers on either side of our table with offers to share all of the food. The experience here is not to be missed More...
A Kelowna classic now under new ownership. Wonderful small plates and extensive wine list!
We have been here several times and it never disappoints! Absolutely must try the brussel sprouts as they are fantastic! Glad to see this never changes on the menu. My only complaint is that there were many flies in the window I sat beside :( More...
A very beautiful restaurant, very nice and good food, we spent an awesome lunch there! We will be back for sure !
Chef James is a master of elevating commons foods, working with local ingredients, and making each guest feel like part of the team for the night. Love the attitude you can taste in his cooking. Team is awesome, roll with your humor and keep the wine flowing. Best stop in town on a warm summer night. More...
Poutine is unexpected, but if you don't expect to taste potatoes it's very good.must try tator tots with truffle mayo.Very good decor and environment. The price is a little high to accommodate the location I guess. The customer service is not the best. I was standing at the door for 5mins until someone decided to talk to us. More...
Very good food and fun atmosphere. Just being able to watch the chefs in the open kitchen was a great time. Menu changes almost daily, all share plates.
Five of us dined here. We ordered the chef's table. All the dishes were delicious and we would definitely return to try more items. The brussel sprouts were a hit with everyone, the Parlour waffle cone with andouille sausage was amazing and the maple blueberry sausage was so good, we ordered a second one. The only reason for the lower review on ambiance was that the noise level is a little high inside the restaurant when it is full and there was an issue with lots of flies at our table beside the window. The servers were attentive and informative. Overall a great place to dine and I will return and recommend it to friends and family. More...

Simple ingredients prepared creatively and exceptionally well. And excellent and genuine service. We are only in town for 5 days, but we will definitely return again during our stay here.
Great place and exceptional staff. Everything is amazing and there is a little bit for everyone. Lots of no meat options as well. Cozy little place and can't wait to go back for more delicious food. More...
amazing food great staff and service
A unique experience overall. Perfect for a light meal or appetizers. Gets expensive if your trying to feed a family. Food selection and flavors were fantastic! We will return as a couple.
Awesome dinner! The salmon and Brussel sprouts were to die for! Best charcuterie board too!
Absolutely loved it! Such amazing and uniquely created culinary dishes that mix a wide range of flavours together building on freshness and depth. Chef James creates the menu daily from what's available seasonally. The wagyu beef steak was exceptional, paired with root and seasonal vegetables from the Okanagan. Our brussel sprouts were served over a house made cheese with grapes and chive popcorn! Our sinful choices were both spins offs of classic kids dishes - tatertotes with truffle oil and parmesan - yum! The finishing twist a smores tarte! We will be back, Chef James works creative magic in a small well thought out made on demand kitchen. We sat at the bar and watched each freshly made dish make its way out to eagerly waiting guests. Well done! More...
An absolute must if you're in Kelowna. The fresh menu concept works great and means there's always a reason to come back. The Waffle Cone and Brussle Sprouts are definitely worth a try with some of the great local wines.
So original! My husband and I eat here frequently, it's hands down our favourite restaurant in Kelowna. Their menu is constantly changing and shifting. You never know what might be on there! If you are a true foodie , you will love it here. Perfect portions, great taste, great vibe, great wine list. Can't go wrong! Tip - try sitting at the chef's table to see how they work their magic! Had a great experience! Food was amazing! Great variety and many different offerings to choose from. Everything we had was delicious! Brussel Sprouts by far the best followed closely by the hummus. We had great service and will definitely return! Love how they focus on local farm to table style. More...
ambiance good food and wine
interesting and original appies, great service
Interesting menu and friendly staff. Always something new being offered and is located on Bernard, which is great for people watching in the summer. YUM.
Great food and atmosphere. Sharing plates at reasonable prices.
This place had an interesting assortment on their tapas style menu. The spaghetti bolognese with pepperoncini was so tasty! We also tried the italian sausage and the smash burger which were yummy as well! Reasonably priced, and a variety to choose from based on whatever your flavor is that day. More...
Great atmosphere! They made an effort to move our reservation for eight people to a more convenient time, which we appreciated. Our server Tamsen was great. Some of the plates seemed a bit overpriced, such as the Mac and cheese which was not our favourite. More...
Great little spot in Kelowna! A must try
Nice dinner while spending some time in Kelowna.
Stopped here for Sunday brunch and had a tantalizing eggs benedict. The chef and staff were enthusiastic about helping with dietary restrictions. Great food and an outstanding experience. More...
Excellent range of appetizers sourced from local ingredients. A great selection of local wines expertly curated. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
Great variety of dishes locally sourced. Wine options, slightly pricey, but expertly chosen.
Every time we go it’s a new experience! Chef James is so creative and the staff is so considerate
Amazing experience. thank you
I am always down for unique food experiences. This is A gem in Kelowna. A cozy bar with sharing plates for food. I like the open concept of the restaurant. You see everything once you go in. You see the chefs prep and cook in front of you. It's such a cute and unique place. So, even if you are along sitting at the bar, you won't get bored with everything going on at the place. It's not very big place so it might be tough to find a table if you have a group larger than 6 but they have a good selection of alcohol and a variety of food for sharing. My favourite is their Brussels sprouts! More...
Fresh ingredients, quality meat and inventive cooking. Great tapas for sharing..
This place has a nice vibe and a interesting menu. Price is a bit expensive considering the size of the plates.
Went for a bachelorette dinner. Leanne was excellent and took very good care of us. Cocktails are not their forte. Wine list is good. Food, most of it is excellent but a couple things were a miss (cauliflower, charcuterie, brussel sprouts). However they took the feedback well and did not allow us to pay for things we did not enjoy. Kudos to them for that. Top notch customer service. That goes a long way. I'll come back. Which is good :) More...
Definitely a 5 for this place. Excellent service, excellent food. Drop by and try it out.
Great food with great customer service
Wide selection of wines and some beers. Lots of shareable items. I thought it was an interesting take on items, like the "mac & cheese" that had Doritos on it, was actually good tasting. Good for 2 or more people so you can try lots of items. More...
Always a nice and pleasant surprise and experience because of the chef's wonderful daily creation. Every plate is so well thought-out, prepared and presented. It wakes up all of your senses with the refined paring of the flavours. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. It is on our agenda every time we are in Kelowna. More...
Wonderful food, great variety and courteous staff. Highly recommend the Digby Scallops, they made my wife cry.Update: With the rotating menu, we had the opportunity to try even more original dishes on our second visit including duck fat grilled cheese, some amazing quesadilla, and a wonderfully cooked pork chop.
Nice atmosphere but overpriced plates. Service was good overall. Small portions with a higher than expected price.
Unique extraordinary and delicious!LOVE Salt and Brick!
We had a great time this afternoon. The charcuterie board was phenomenal and the cheeses were unreal. Local beers were very tasty and service was good. We will definitely return.
Food was fantastic!! Atmosphere was great! Our server was very sweet and personable, but he defiantly needed more training. I had to show him how to open the bottle of wine... More...
First visit, good food and service.
Good food. Lively atmosphere. We tried their trout and lasagna. The service was good. Overall it is lovely spot for drinks and food.
Cocktail list disappointing. I get that it’s a wine forward joint but it wouldn’t hurt to offer a handful of interesting cocktails to start. Food was hit and miss. Some dishes were 10/10, others I’d give a 5. That said, we had great service and enjoyed ourselves completely. More...
Change your menu (the physical menu not what's on it) or remove the tealights on the table so that you don't easily start a fire....
First - all of the staff here were great - a very genuine and laid back feel - Our server Cash was excellent, he recommended 4 selections, though sometimes he and his gal can handle 5 It’s sharing style here, our favorite, no missing out. My wife and I chose to go all in with 5 - everything looked amazing on the menu. We went with 1) the Barrata (insane hunk of fresh soft cheese from Chilliwack - mozzarella to the next level), 2) Bone Marrow (ie. Magic butter), 3) Fruit de mer - Halibut and Prawn dish that took every experience of seafood chowder from the east coast and transported me through the stratosphere to a happy place in the Okanagan that did something very special with these two sea dwellers, cooked perfectly tender and nestled in a bath of thick buttery cream with fresh dill- I can’t thank them enough for this - it really blew me away 4) Lamb Neck - full on fall off the bone melt in your mouth tender - the root beer jus was an outstanding combo. 5) The Brussel sprouts - pan seared crisp with honey (I think?) and mixed with grapes over a bed of beer cheese - it’s no wonder they are trying to keep this as a menu staple. I’ve had these green mini childhood nightmares in many different places, but this was the best and most notable. Also, the wine pairings were on point - they were featuring the Kitch family winery - very nice. The menu here is ever changing, if you’re not eating here semi regularly than you’re likely missing out on some top notch gastronomic experiences- period. Bravo on all levels Salt & Brick - see you soon. More...
This place is awesome. It's new me yes everyday and the food is amazing. The service and open kitchen is too cool. Forsure go.
One of the best dining experiences I have had in a long time! Be brave and try as many things on the menu as you can, you will not be disappointed.
This Restaurant is an absolute must!! My girlfriend and I cannot stop raving about this place. Perfection all around!
Great evening. We had five different share plates and they were all fabulous! Menu changes nightly but if you see brussel sprouts or heirloom carrots on the menu, do yourself a favour and order them! They both were amazing. We also had morels with a poached egg and side stripe shrimp with grits. All were amazing. Highly recommend. More...
Family outting. Restaurant accommodated our large group. Food was very good, tasty & presentation was nice as well.
Absolutely LOVED our brunch. It was our first visit and we are already planning to go back. Great food-a refreshing take on classic brunch items (french toast was die for). We all had the Rosé flight which is such a cool idea and perfect for the Okanagan. Beautiful space with a great atmosphere and GREAT service- Emileigh was lovely! Can't wait to go back for dinner soon! More...
The atmosphere was lovely, the food was ridiculously delicious and the service was friendly and helpful. I had a wonderful evening and would highly recommend Salt & Brick.
Nice little tapas place near the waterfront. Menu is inventive and highlights locally sourced ingredients. This place is very popular and busy so recommend making a reservation. Service was top notch and server had great food recommendations. More...
Great spot with interesting menu items. Service was great, attentive but not over bearing.
FIVE STARS for the wonderful team at Salt & Brick! My girlfriend and I made a reservation for a special date night and we showed up to a lively venue so it’s a good thing that we did. We were seated promptly and Emily who was taking care of us that evening greeted us very warmly and made sure we were familiar with the menu and asked if we had any questions. We ordered the Warm Brie, the Beets, Spicy Korean Beef, Asparagus Artichoke and Poached Egg, the Raspberry Cheesecake for dessert and a bottle of Fitzpatrick Pinot noir to wash it all down. Absolutely everything we enjoyed was packed full of flavour and beautifully plated. Emily made us feel extremely special as guests in their restaurant and provided a high level of service, we will be back again soon! More...

Unique with a nice environment and right downtown ......
Top notch food. Menu changes daily as ingredients come in. Share plates. Small spot and popular so make a reso or expect to wait an hour or more.
Wow. Wow. Great food in a fantastic location. The wine list was comprehensive without being too hipster and they had a few decent ales.Local food local wine.Wow
What a meal! Each dish was windeefully executed and extremely delicious. Some very unique dishes. Sarah the server was very attentive. The brussel sprouts were out of this world and the tuna tartare was real yummy! This was my 4th visit and each has been awesome. More...
Nothing to fault except maybe the price... Most expensive cheesecake we've ever had, but still probably one of the best cheesecakes we've ever had too :-) All other food was super yummy too. Especially the brussel sprouts.
Just came back from 5 days in Kelowna and liked this restaurant so much that we went twice during our stay! The menu is different each night which is a huge treat - fresh and interesting choices both nights. We tried the flatbread, artichokes, pork chop in a maple cream sauce, and a pasta with duck meat balls. All were delicious but I am still daydreaming about that flatbread .... yum!! Service was excellent and we will definitely be back the next time we visit Kelowna. More...
Absolutely fantastic. The food was amazing, the atmosphere was perfect for socializing and the wine was exceptional. Highly recommend.
Great food, well thought out presentation and flavours. Highly recommend a dining experience here.
Awesome experience and the best meal I had during my recent trip to Kelowna. I was very intrigued by the fresh menu every day concept and they pulled it off flawlessly. I would highly recommend. Don't let the lack of reviews turn you off this gem. More...
Portions are smaller but absolutely delicious. Service was excellent and very friendly. Thoroughly enjoyed the 3 dishes we had plus dessert.

One of Kelowna’s best eateries! Great food good atmosphere would definitely a spot to check out!Menu has a lot of variety and options - good cocktail list, nice interior ! Would recommend
Tasty food for carnivores... As mentioned they do herbivore eats too but this carnivore had tunnel vision of all the meaty bites.
This place rocks... The menu has something for everyone and the room and staff are always inviting... Great spot def one of my faves!
Cozy, homey little place located conveniently in the Kelowna downtown. Features a menu of small tasting dishes of which numerous are meant to be ordered and shared. Or savagely devoured by one's own self. The menu changes every night allegedly and when I was there it featured an interesting spread of outside the box dishes that just made me want to try them all. The restaurant also features differing wineries that I believe they said changed monthly. If you just wanted a quick snack with some wine they also had the option of chef-selected meat and cheese platters which one might enjoy with some wine. A pleasant addition to the downtown scene, and one I hope can keep its place in a very competitive location. More...
Great food! Highly tolerant of my screaming child so that's much appreciated.
Went to this place not really knowing what to expect and was pleasantly surprised. Delicious food from Chef Jack and wonderful service! Must try when visiting Kelowna.
Unique downtown restaurant, with a daily menu. Select menu items hand-crafted on site, and a high quality wine menu.
Very eclectic and unique experience. Nightly menus unique to the restaurant and a very good wine menu.
Just the best people serving the best food. It’s always a wonderful experience.
This is an amazing spot! The service is incredible and the food is even better! If you come to Kelowna you have to come here. Our party was a group of 40 then a group of 14 two hours later (because so many wanted to come after seeing the menu!)...lunch was served family style...it was fabulous with a unique menu that was designed for our luncheon. Ambiance and food are incredible!
I highly recommend. An unexpected treat with remarkable food pairings and combinations.
Sit at the bar and watch the chefs. They take pride in their work. Bring back the devilled eggs please !!
Really tasty food, smaller portions with the encouragement of everyone sharing, great place to catch up with family and friends over food and wine. Merry christmas all!
Food was yummy and the atmosphere was warm and inviting! Portions a bit small ... staff excellent!
I tried 6 dishes or so here, I can whole heartedly recommend this place. All the food was locally sourced, they had great accompanying drinks, friendly servers. It’s small in here so come early to get a table or be prepared to wait. Either way you have to come and fill your belly here! More...
This place is pretty Amazing. This is a high end restaurant with very reasonable prices. We are two adults, who aren't light eaters. We had 3 drinks and 4 small plates and we were comfortably full. All that was about $75 CAD, without tip. For the caliber of the food and staff, it is a fabulous deal. You can pay the same or more at lesser quality places. We will definitely go back again. Okay, I just talked about prices and fullness. Let's chat food. The dishes were amazing. Well prepared, creative and delicious. We had the bison stroganoff, the beets, potatoes with elk sausage and brussel sprouts. However, these may not be on the menu when you visit since the meals are all based on what is available locally at that time. That is the menu is always changing and always fresh. Honestly, don't take my word for it, just go. P.S. If you think I'm an pushover as a reviewer, give my other reviews a look. More...

The overall cocktail/dining experience here was absolutely divine! The ambiance is superb and they’ve obviously curated their art and wine selection to make for a very modern but comfortable experience. The sharing plates and tapas were scrumptious, I didn’t want them to end!! I don’t normally talk about the bathrooms but I felt like I was walking into a Willy Wonka room with the decorative floral pieces.Great location too across from the beach and in the heart of Kelowna!! Small plates, tapas-ish. Super sexy room. Great staff that know their menu... They have it all tied in here... Music, menu, staff, room, wine .. Need to come back for the Tomahawk steak(2-3lbs) obviously a ‘share-item’. More...
------------Veal scallopini 14Half and half charcuterie board 18Yellowfin tuna 16Parlour waffle cone 9------------Saw this on my Instagram and knew I had to try it!! To the point I was very keen and made reservations They change their menu pretty often to highlight fresh and locally sourced ingredients we noticed a couple watermelon dishes that looked very intriguing such as a pickled watermelon tequila goat cheese dish HAH. The veal scallopini was soo juicy and tender. I thought this was perfect. Just tough to cut maybe they should provide steak knives next time. The Yellowfin tuna was the least exciting item. But it was still good! I found it so unique they used a type of pepper jelly that I later found a similar one at the jammery I also found it a bit pricey for being only 3 pieces but albacore tuna is pricey. MY FAVORITE PARLOUR WAFFLE CONE. So unique and nothig like I've ever seen before!! There's elk salami, cubes of yam, and goat parmasen. So so so good 100% recommend this dish if you ever come across it. It's a savoury cheesy dish although the the waffle cone was a bit soggy and hard to break apart we made it work Everything we had was so unique and pleasant to the eye I wish we could order everything too bad it was just the 2 of us as all the dishes are meant to be shared. If only they had a tasting menu until next time salt and brick! We will be back! More...
We didn't have a reservation but they were able to squeeze us in at the kitchen bar. It ended up being the best seat in the house - watching the kitchen pump out dish after dish was incredible. The chef chatted with us a bit and let us sample a dish. The wine was delicious and every plate we ordered was amazing. This is one of the most memorable meals I've had. More...
Local gem with unique atmosphere.
food and service exceptional. Brussels sprouts are incredible.. cheeseplate was fantastic. highly recommend.
Cute and trendy stop for a small bite and glass of wine. There’s about eight to ten items on the menu only which apparently changes all the time. The pork belly being one of the more filling dishes was cooked sub-par. The dish lacked flavour, it was flat and gummy as the skin needed at least another minute on high heat for that crispy sear. The fried egg however was cooked perfectly along with the hash and brown beans. I would still give it another try More...
These guys take it to another level every time we visit. Exceptional food and exceptional service. This is our first choice everytime we have friends in town and they are never disappointed.

Unbelievably great food! Awesome service! Loved the whole experience!
Amazing dinner. All dishes were original and very well executed. Wine and service was also on point! Highly recommend if you like tapas and an all around awesome atmosphere
Chef James crushes it! If you haven’t been, it’s a must stop for some eats, or drinks, in Ktown!
Limited but fantastic menu. The "good for kids" tag on Yelp is not accurate (no high chairs, only high tables, no change tables in washrooms).
Rediculously delicious and different. A must try.
Limited menu. Okay food
Excellent food and a fabulous service.
Had Salt & Brick cater an event for us and 50 friends. Chef James nailed it! We had some dietary requests that didn’t slow him in the least; you wouldn’t have even know. Casey was on-sight to handle anything and everything. They also provided first class staff. The food was spectacular, as it is in the restaurant. You can’t ask for better service. They just set the bar the highest Kelowna has seen. More...
The Brussels sprouts!!! So dang good! Ask the chef to surprise you and you won't be disappointed.
Salt & Brick goes beyond the trendy, instagrammable spot to dine in Kelowna. Wow! Stop what you're doing and get to the salted brick now! What a great little spot! Hubby and I stopped in, wanted to try something local and delicious and couldn't have asked for a better meal and the service was incredible. I had the roasted veg salad and hubs had the pickled brisket sandwich with the macaroni salad. You can taste the amount of effort and heart that is put into each bite. Can't wait for our next visit! Great local brews and wines as well. More...

Excellent food and atmosphere
Amazing service and incredible food! We let our server choose our meals as well as our wine and we weren't disappointed. Everything went together perfectly! Our server Josh picked delicious dishes. We will highly recommend Salted Brick to everyone we know! More...

Good food from scratch. Great cheese, nice rabbit terrine.
Food was top notch with perfect portions. Go if you want something different then your regular restaurant falvours.
Great food great atmosphere.Love the Reno , def brought this place up a few notches.
What everyone else says.
We went two nights in a row because mac and cheese was on the menu. Then we tried the mushroom torte and I was licking the plate. I'm not even ashamed. This place. Do it. But don't sit at the window bar. That's MY seat. More...
Amazing food worth every penny
The food was delicious, and we appreciated the flavours the chef proposed. But it is quite pretentious and overpriced, it is expensive and the portions very tiny. It would be perfect if the portions were larger for the same price. Very good service. More...
Chill and casual. Unpretentious delicious food. Killer staff. Top 3 spots in town, brunch, lunch or dinner.
Quaint little place. Delicious yet limited food selection.
Personally, I consider this as Kelowna's best restaurant. Very talented culinary team, with no compromise for quality. Nice location with a good atmosphere. Kind of industrial/diner decor but with a nice organic feeling swing to it with the wood rafters. Every time I go there I just ask the chef to make me whatever they like and I've always been impressed beyond belief with what I've been served. Great beers and cocktails too. These people are professionals and they know what they're doing. More...
Hands down, the best place to eat in downtown Kelowna. Always surprisingly good recipes.
One of the best chicken sandwhiches I've ever had. Completely delicious. Great staff, and reasonably priced.
Great food. Loved how they allow dogs on the patio! Highly recommend.
The menu was very creative and delicious, and the local produce really shone through. Street side patio was great for people watching while we enjoyed our food and wine!
This could be one of the biggest secrets in Kelowna! Outstanding location just off the water and by far one of the best restaurants I have ever been to in my life. The food and amazing service are nothing short of 5*****. These guys take fresh ingredients to a whole new level. If you like a nice cold beer I highly suggest the "Bad Tattoo" you will be pleasantly surprised. If your in Kelowna or the surrounding areas this place is a must! More...
Amazing food and amazing people! We were here in the summer of 2017 and had such a good lunch that we are sad we don't live in Kelowna :) Everything we ate was so good and fresh! We moved here from Europe and we're pretty picky about food and the freshness of food but these guys know what great food is. We'll be back! More...
Decent selection of wines and beer, and situate in a great location. Prices are reasonable.
Great food and cocktails! Lunch and dinner served here, patio, cool room.
This is my favorite restaurant in Kelowna at the moment. It's an intimate place that serves a unique menu each season day consisting of a dozen items intended to be shared. Chef is right behind you in an open kitchen and it feels as though he is making his creations just for you. And the food is superb. For example tonight we began with the first three items on the menu: a plate of roasted asparagus piled artistically over one slow roasted egg that we used as a sauce,. Then a bowl of wild mushrooms covered with a butter sauce and a waffle ice cream cone filled to overflowing with yam, ham, and a roux based gravy. OMG. Then we added some meatballs and a plate of bacon with real maple syrup as a sauce. For dessert! There place serves a nice selection of wine and a modest selection of nice beer. Great staff and we lived talking with Chef about the food. More...
The food is amazing!!
Next level, kelowna's new secret best restaurant.
This place is amazing. The food is second to none. We went through over half the menu in one night. It’s a ever changing menu so it is always fresh. Chef James is one of the best chefs I have have the privilege of eating there food. It was mind blowing good. He sat there for a good half hour talking about food and giving us samples of what was going on the menu the next day. He is a super chill guy and is an amazing chef. I highly recommend this place. You will be blown away. More...
An ever changing and creative Tapas style menu.
Yummy food and fine service. Really worth it.
Amazon team, amazing location, fabulous food and drink! And Check our the amazing cocktail bar next door, Jacks!
Ordered a variety of small plates to share. Tried the ribs, lamb, charcuterie, potatoes and dates. The lamb and potatoes were our favorites! All the food was delicious, well seasoned and cooked perfectly.Wine was very over priced, I know restaurants mark up but $38 for a bottle of rose that we bought for $17 elsewhere was alot. Beer and cocktails were reasonably priced. More...
Fresh delicious eats in a beautiful area. The staff where all smiles and took the time to carry conversation
Great location! We stopped in to grab a small bite and was not disappointed with the food. The drinks were average, but a good little spot to cool down.
So much good food!
Thank you for the awesome experience
On a sunny busy weekend, we were sat right away at a patio table. The waitress was friendly and made herself available even though the place was super busy. She explained that the menu changes everyday so they can use local ingredients. We ordered the tuna with watermelon, chicken thigh, corn and Brussels sprouts. The tuna with watermelon was refreshing but I wouldn't say it was very good. It was bland and the tuna was chopped into such small pieces that I didn't even taste it. Other flavours over powered any taste of tuna. Although it gives a nice picture, it was my least favourite. The corn was very good, but only if you don't mind it being very spicy... which I did not know until I bit into it. My favourite dishes were the chicken thigh and the Brussel sprouts! The chicken was stuffed with herbs and served on top of a blue cheese sauce that paired perfectly with the chicken. The brussel sprouts were crispy, thrown together with pecans and cherries... and drizzled with honey. My bf who doesn't usually like greens wanted seconds. The patio was great to enjoy the sun and people watch. I poked my head inside the restaurant and it seems like the place was pretty small but cozy. Will come back to see what other shared dishes the chef comes up with! More...
The culinary highlight of our trip to Kelowna. We only stopped in for the carrots and deconstructed mac'n'cheese, but these two dishes were the most outstanding two we had in town. The carrots were simply baked whole with some delicious sweet sauce and hot pepper flakes as well as white chocolate dabs, which sounds super weird but was phenomenal. The mac'n'cheese was a beautiful baked brie with lardons/bacon pieces in a small skillet accompanied by a side of pasta with herbs that are then dipped in the melted brie, it was fabulous. We chatted with Chef James who suggested a few other local places for the tasty foods. More...
Great place to hang, grab a glass of wine or beer, and snack. It's also a great place for a light dinner. The wine list is legit; heavy on local producers, which was fine. As for the food, just place yourself in chef's hands. More...
Went for lunch today and awesome is per usual. Great staff and love the new look! See you again soon.
Had an amazing dinner last night. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this restaurant!
Really liked this place. We got the charcuterie board, which was quite nice. Also got the meatballs, which were slightly dry but tasty overall. The bottles of wine were really expensive though. We got a bottle of local red wine and it was almost $70. That's really pricy. We checked the pricing at cask and barrel, and the cost there was $25. I get the markup but, that seems a bit over the top. Will be back though, the place was nice! More...

My mom was in to the restaurant while here from Ontario. She is still raving about her experience! She said she had to stop herself from licking the bowl of Cauliflower mac n cheese an the blue cheese stuffed dates where to die for

We had delicious pasta with chorizo and bison ribs! It was outstanding!
This was my first time at the Salted Brick. And I Love, love, love this place! Fabulous food, the flavours were amazing. The chef was great too, he switched up the ingredients to make it a gluten and dairy free plate. Will be back... More...
Amazing food, great service, local wines and tons of vegetarian options (woohoo!). Definitely go here.
A great small discovery in Kelowna. Food was excellent especially the truffle mushroom tart.
The cheese plate and warm sugar pie with maple infused pumpkin seeds and whipped cream was utterly decadent. We enjoyed all the staff interaction and of course the wonderful view!

This is the place for fresh food for lunch. We both had sandwiches. I had the brisket and my husband had the chicken with quick kimchee and soya wasabi. The side was greens with sunflower cream dressing. All excellent. Staff are friendly. We will be back. More...
Had an awesome time and meal! Highly recommended and I hear the new owner is a beauty.
Great service. Farm to table feel; simple.. yet thoughtfullly prepared food combinations. Perfect for date night.
This place looked interesting, so we stopped in. Reviews seemed decent so we sat down and ordered a Sloppy Joe and a Tomato, Cheddar and Egg sandwich. Both were presented well and accompanied by a small salad. The first bite was good, quite delicious actually, then without warning it hit us: ours eyes started watering and nostrils clearing up...an extremely potent (very horseradishy) Dijon mustard was spread on the bun of both of our sandwiches. It was unexpected but somehow we managed to power though the tears and finish our lunch. I'd recommend holding the Dijon if you don't like an intense spicy tear-inducing punch in your sandwich. My 1/2 & 1/2 Charcuterie was made with so much love and conversation. The stuffed dates came highly recommended for a good reason, I could have had a dozen to my self! Foie Gras... so delicate and melted in my mouth! YUM!!! Atmosphere was aces!! Jody really made my visit to The Salted Brick a memorable one. Thank you for your hospitality! Next time we are in Kelowna, we will be back! More...
Every summer when I come to Kelowna this place is top of my list. The cheese platter is unreal. Great location to people watch and sip on some wine.
Small, quaint, friendly staff, delicious meat and cheese with a decent selection of craft beer.
Great food and great staff I always let the chef pick for me!!!
Excellent service and even better food!
Just had the 16 hour roasted brisket sandwich, wow. Probably the best sandwich I have ever had. The brisket fell apart in your mouth, the fat melts in your mouth. So delicious. I'll be going back tomorrow to try the smoked chicken and brie sandwitch More...
I was pleasantly surprised by the cozy atmosphere of the Salted Brick and the very warm and personal service. We also enjoyed selecting items from their wide selection for our charcuterie boards. Quite a neighborhood gem!
I love this place. The meats are incredible and everything I've tried has been perfect. I love his breakfasts. The drink selection is fantastic. The ambiance is my favorite, the patio very nice. The servers are chill but very competent. The chef truely knows his stuff. This is among my Okanagan favorites for sure.I've visited many times and will many more. More...
I left with the meat sweats. Great atmosphere, good beer selection, extremely friendly staff.
Excellent food, it's really cool how the menu is different every time.
Salted Brick is our goto place in Kelowna for chef made fabulous food at a good price. The menu changes daily but always includes charcuterie and cheese plates, as well as a few local favourites like Chef Jason's salad with homemade dressing, blue cheese dates, and his famous eggs benedict on freshly made scones. They also have a variety of wines by the glass as well as local brews on tap. Although they have a patio with views of the park, we usually sit inside to see the action at the open kitchen. Some people get picnic to go boxes to sit on the beach. You can also buy many of their own cured charcuterie and other delectables (like duck fat, special cheeses, and salad dressing). Salted Brick is located in downtown Kelowna by the sculpture, so we often take a walk along the lake after our visit. More...
absolutely fantastic food.
Nothing more fun than stopping by here on a hot summer evening! It's really nice grabbing a cone and then just strolling around the area.
Great place for brunch
Great little place for a snack downtown. The Ploughmans Lunch was really neat. Every bite was unique. Can't wait to go back
Went there over the labor day weekend. Despite being incredibly busy, staff was extremely helpful and courteous. I am used to hostesses in Vancouver questioning why you are wasting their time...Food was excellent. They mostly to smaller share dishes. We tried 4 in total and they were all unique with great flavors and plating. The only thing I wish they can improve on is to have a better beer selection.SB also does brunch and cure their own meet which we had in our charcuterie plate. More...
Excellent food and service!
Happy hour oysters and charcuterie board were amazing. The drinks on special were pretty well priced too.
Lovely little place! Great service and atmosphere. Delicious food, and be sure to share ;-) Glad to stop in while visiting Kelowna.
Amazing! Food, service, prices, atmosphere. I always take visiting friends and family here and they love it! Farm to table, quaint and humble staff, local wines and brews, charcuterie to die for... YUM!

Small menu that never disappoints. The in-house cured meats are fantastic, but they can do vegetarian too.
Wow amazing soup and salad
The place for charcuterie! Excellent views of the lake and good for people watching.
A quick enjoyable walk from the delta hotel along the boardwalk. Nice craft ciders and in house smoked meats, cheese, bread and pate.
Most try little restaurant, excellent food,

Excellent service. Jodi is amazing. Highly recommend this place.
Great spot! Loved the Charcuterie - unique and delicious. The ladies working there were very friendly and personable. Worth a stop if you are in Kelowna!
Great quality food. I have egg and dairy issues and they accommodated me very nicely.
Love this place! My go to place for exceptional food and service and value for meal.
This place is awesome. Going back to Kelowna in March. Definitely going back. The truffle cheese and duck pâté was so yummy
Excellent coffee. A must for me. The charcuterie was beautiful and delicious. We each had a salad. We should have split the salad. The salads would have been special if they had pears as the menu said. Instead they had cranraisons. We watched the chef make sausages. Service was excellent. I would recommend sitting where you can was the kitchen action. We will stop by again. More...
Always a great experience. Beer selection was small and perfect. The food was delicious (we can't get enough of the blue cheese dates or the coriander sausage). The service and atmosphere were comfortable. We will continue to come back when nothing else will do. More...
