I've loved this place since it opened as salted brick. Been here probably 25 times through the years. The best meal of my life was at this restaurant. The meat and cheese trays are next level and they are always worth the money. The daily change of menu can offer up some dishes that dont quite work as well as others, but it's worth it considering how creative and daring the ingredients are. I'd recommend coming during off hours (tues-thurs) as there is faster and more accurate service. Beautiful experience. Staff were lovely and a very nice atmosphere. Wouldn’t go solo as it can get expensive (no more then anyone else in town) but with a large group and everyone spilts the bill, affordable.

This establishment exceeded our expectations! Not only was the wine list local but it was extensive. There was something for everyone. The food was amazing, a combination of good old comfort food with modern twist. We celebrated our anniversary there this weekend and can’t wait to come back. Went out to Salt & Brick for a first date. Had an absolutely amazing time. Our server was amazing, she explained the menu, the process, and made it a truly wonderful experience. An incredible wine list to explore and match to the mouthwatering tapas.The chefs were AMAZING! The dishes they created were EXCEPTIONAL!! It was so much fun to read through the menu and taste these dishes. Like broccoli, grape and popcorn OMG IT WAS AMAZING!All in all it was amazing. Came here based on TripAdvisor reviews.  It was fabulous!  The menu changes daily so what we had may not be available.  We are traveling from So Cal and wanted to try some local wines and cuisine.  Enjoyed a Screaming Frenzy Cab Franc.  Started with not your ordinary mac and cheese, then buns with beef and ended with Brussel sprouts that were the best we've ever had.  This is not your typical dinner menu/ place to go but it was outstanding.  Really; still have great flavors in my mouth. I've been to Salt & Brick a handful of times and have always had a good experience.  The food is meant to be shared, and the variety of items on the menu means that all appetites will be happy here.  I love how creative the dishes are and how wonderfully pleased I am every time I try something different on their menu.  They put together ingredients which you wouldn't normally even consider putting together, and someone it ends up tasting fantastic each time.  Great wine selection too and enthusiastic and knowledgable service.  I wouldn't hesitate to go again or to tell people to go here.  Bravo, Salt & Brick! We had a great experience here. Scored a table outside and watched the sun set. Highly recommend the half & half meat & cheese platter, if they have it on the menu. It was delicious! They promote themselves as a sharing plate, tapas style restaurant, but a number of the plates we saw were not easily shared.. that was strange.. The menu is updated frequently, which is great! This place is a gem. Delectable unique and flavourful selection of not so small plates for sharing, great variety to cater for carnivores and vegetarians alike. Excellent menu, menu is changing daily which can cause some confusion. However Food is always Delicious no matter the menu! They don’t have any oysters (usually)which can be a let down. This plac is just fantastic !! An amazing tapas style restaurant tucked away in Kelona of all places.  This place has great food great service and a killer wine list.  Whether is t was got timing or the time of the year the layout and atmosphere of the restaurant makes social gatherings here amazing.
