Was part of the Southern Alberta Dinner Club group who went last night. The food was delicious, the service phenomenal (there were 35 of us and there wasn't one hiccup! Food was served promptly, with adequate time between courses, they were very attentive to us, and very knowledgeable of the food and wine they were serving. Great food, service and ambiance for a date night. Our server was extremely knowledgeable on the wine list and helped us choose our bottle. We started with the tuna tartar which tasted fresh and light. I had the braised bison cheek and my boyfriend had the wild boar loin. We both agreed the bison cheek was the better of the two, likely because it was covered in a delicious sauce and fell apart when eating (but the pork was also good). We will be back for sure. More...
