Brad came out and explained all the problems he saw and what his team would do to make it right. With a 10 year warranty and his assurance that I would not be calling him back, I immediately felt at ease and knew I could trust him. I was really impressed with Brad's professionalism, honesty, patience and abundance of knowledge. The team who completed the repair were skilled 1st class professionals working with utmost attention to details. His team worked very well together and it was nice to see Brad guide them along the way. Some unexpected problems surfaced in the demolition.....floors around the fence posts were rotted, which Brad pointed out and fixed. The original builders put 1 sheet of roofing material down but Brad did 4. Wow, these guys exceeded my expectations at all stages. Brad and his company are a rare find in this industry. My wife and I completed a two-storey addition on our home and the roof started leaking almost immediately. Turns out that our general contractor failed to properly install the skylights, soffits and vent pipes, creating a number of different leaks in the roof. Brad and his team really saved us. They were able to replace the skylights and affected section of the roof quickly and efficiently and at a reasonable price. We found roofrepairs.ca after a large windstorm when shingles fell off our roof. All roofers were extremely busy, and other companies took appointments, only to subsequently cancel or not show up. The roofrepairs.ca crew were working nearby and we asked them to look at our roof. They did the repair and were courteous and we had no problems with the work that was performed. Later on, when the flat portion of our roof was failing we called them to do a major job. They kept us advised of the work along the way, provided us with pictures, and when they discovered that some of the work that was quoted did not have to be done, they adjusted the invoice accordingly, charging less than the original quote! During a big rainfall we had a leak in our master bedroom. I called roofrepairs.ca after a recommendation and Brad answered the phone. It was a welcome relief to speak with him; he asked me all about the history of the problem. The best part was he was nearby and offered to come look at it right away. True to his word he was over in less than half an hour and up on our roof in the rain. He went over what he saw with us, showed us pictures and was able to fix a problem with the flashing. We still need a chimney rebuild in the spring. He didn’t charge us for his visit and followed up to see if the leak improved, which it did. I really appreciated how responsive he was and how he took the time to explain his reasoning so we understood what was happening. We contacted Mercers Masonary about the removal of our chimney stack, the replacement of our gutters and leaking roof and the removal of an animal in our attic. Alex came right away to check everything out and prepare a quote. Unlike the representative of one of Toronto's biggest roofing companies who only took a look at the front of the house and then was never to be heard from again, Alex not only climbed up on the roof and took photos of everything but also went up into our fairly inaccessible attic to look for the source of our roof leak. He sent us the (very reasonable) estimate right away and started the job just a few days later.Alex and his crew were extraordinarily professional, tidy and friendly. He provided regular status reports and always answered and returned phone calls and emails. The work was done flawlessly and quickly. What impressed me the most: right at the beginning of the job, Toronto was being hit by a severe storm in the middle of which Alex showed up and climbed up on our roof to make sure the new shingles were holding up!After a very long and frustrating home renovation this was by far the most professional and enjoyable experience. I called roofrepair.ca due to a slow leak into our livingroom ceiling.
The lady that answered the phone was very friendly and knowledgeable and courteous. She answered all of my questions took my information and ensured I was aware of how the billing worked. The following day Rob A very nice, personable young man ) showed up to give me an estimate and informed me that my roof was in good shape but the flashing was not replaced when the roof was last done. He informed me that he could fix the one that was leaking and it would be fine. But stated that the other flashing was quite old and if it were him he would have it replaced but the option was totally mine. I decided to replace them all. We had found a couple shingles in our driveway after a wind storm but couldn't see anything from the ground. Then with news of the ice storm coming we went up on the roof and looked. Several shingles were ripped off and there were two spots down to the wood underlay. We were on the phone the next morning! Kim was informative and quick setting up an appt that same day! I had some shingles come off my roof in a very bad wind storm. Other companies were too busy to help or not answering their phone. This company made sure to send someone in a matter of hours. Their price was very reasonable. I was shown pictures of my roof before the repair and they took the time to explain why it happened. I called Roofrepairs.ca to look at pealing and watermarks on my living room ceiling. Coincidently, the outside wall aligned with the chimney and marks. An attic inspection for other stains/holes concluded work was needed on the roof chimney area. Tara at the office coordinated the work and Renaldo completed the job quickly and efficiently. Back in February a leak developed inside my house. I did a search and found two companies that looked promising. One was RoofRepair. ca.
I left messages for both companies but only Brad from RoofRepair returned my call which was almost immediately so I made an appointment. He discovered an ice dam which he removed and in the process found a very damaged roof which he showed me a picture of it.
He did a temporary fix and said that I needed a new roof in the spring. Because of Brad’s quick response and his vast roofing knowledge I was not at all hesitant to go with them to replace my roof.
End of April when the weather finally co-operated his crew came out and in one day the new roof was completed. During a strong wind part of the fascia had blown off and they fixed it at no extra charge.
I highly recommend RoofRepair for all your roofing needs.

I cannot recommend this company enough … had a leak in the dead of winter with a foot of snow still on the roof, read the reviews and decided to give them a call. Brad called back almost immediately, Rob came out within an hour and shoveled the roof off to see what the issue was. Brad then came by with a tarp, which they nailed down, all in the same day. Two severe wind storms later and the tarp was still holding. They even came by to check on it. After a very detailed consult with Brad, I had no concerns in now using them to replace the damaged roof, and even went with them for a full eaves & sofit replace. When it came time to do the job, all workers were professional, skilled, courteous, very informative and went well beyond what you would expect. I contacted RoofRepairs.ca to fix a leaking roof back in October 2017. Brad and his team came and not only fixed the roof, but also went above and beyond and put in some installation in the attic for me since they noticed it was missing at no extra charge! On Jan 1st 2018, I had a leak in my basement and contacted Brad (owner) to see if he knew of a good plumber. Since I wasn't going to get a plumber on New Year's Day, Brad volunteered to come and take a look at the leak for me. He managed to stop the leak temporarily, and advised me to contact a certified plumber to get it fixed properly. The MOST amazing thing is I offered to pay Brad for his time and services, but he would not accept any payment! Brad and his company are a rare find in this industry. Yesterday, during one of the worst windstorms, I noticed a section of our roof flapping in the breeze, as well as many shingles blowing up and down. I called RoofRepairs.ca, as I still had one of their pens from doing previous business with them. The lady I spoke with was super nice and penciled me in for the following morning, which I was thankful for. Unfortunately by then the roof was even worse, but fortunately, Ronald was on the job! The folks at RoofRepairs.ca provided outstanding professionalism, customer service and reassurance after we discovered a section of our roof had blown off during a nasty windstorm. We called in a panic after normal business hours; and from our initial consult over the phone with the amazing Kim to the actual repair to our roof by Ronald (a true roofing pro if we've ever seen one!) less than 24 hours later - the job was done quickly and expertly. Ronald truly knows his stuff and managed to patch our area of shingles within an hour, all while a snowstorm was starting to come down. RoofRepairs were on time, very professional, and thorough. The windstorm last week knocked out a number of shingles on my roof and they checked and examined the whole roof and fixed where necessary. All costs were outlined clearly prior to doing the work and the team was quick and thorough. Be very wary of any other roofing companies that are not clear or vague with all the associated costs prior to commencing work and only quote a service fee that's relatively low (and then quote/add repair charges after they arrive that are significantly more, meanwhile trying to stick you with the service fee if you refuse their service). Roofrepairs charged me less than 1/3 of the price another roof repair company (that's not on Homestars) quoted and tried to do without my authorization and without explaining the full costs to me beforehand. I have a Marley roof and its rare to find someone/ company that will work with this type of roof. More so, I had a raccoon issue and various entry points were identified requiring repair and reinforcement. In addition, some maintenance work to the roof I.e. Caulking, tile replacement, etc. was necessary.I was thoroughly impressed with the gentlemen that showed up to make the repairs. Brad, Rob and Jeff went above and beyond to rectify the situation. We found RoofRepair.ca thru Homestars, for inspection and preventative maintenance of our roof. This is the most experienced, professional and honest company we have ever come across. Kim (office manager), Brad, Rob and Jeff were very courteous. They showed up on time and inspected the roof. Brad took pictures and very patiently explained condition of the shingles. After an unreliable company messed us about for over a week and after calling four other companies to arrange an inspection and obtain an estimate and having no response we called Roofrepairs. ca and someone actually answered the phone. To this day we are yet to hear back from any of the other 4 companies we called.Not only did someone answer but they also had someone come out to survey the roof that day in the rain. Along with their very responsive and reasonable estimate they provided pictures in support of their estimate so we could see the damage that required repairs. They did an on the spot temporary repair at no cost as the roof had an area which was leaking. While doing so they noticed there was a whole in one of the shingles on our neighbors side (we are in a semi) and repaired it at no cost as they felt it may cause a leak on our side down the road.They returned on the first clear day as promised, without any follow-up whatsoever on our part, made the necessary repairs and left without us even knowing. Two days later we received a call advising the work was completed and to make arrangements for payment. You would think, wow what a great experience, but it gets better. After the first company that messed us around for a week advised that a repair was not possible and that we needed to replace the entire roof, Brad from Roofrepairs.ca advised we had at least another 4 to 5 years before we would need to even start thinking of replacing the roof - honesty at it's best...see you guys in 4 to 5 years!! Brad was referred to me by another contractor working on another area of my property. He was supposed to just do a small fix, but after he took a closer look at my roof, he quickly adjusted his quote and told me what I already knew, I needed a new roof. While he was happy to do just the fix, I knew it would cost me more in the long-run if I didn't replace the roof now. Within less than a week, he was at my property installing a new flat roof with a good warranty. He finished in the time promised and kept the site clean and free of debris. He even did some repairs on a portion of the roof that was outside the scope of the project without blinking an eye. The day after a very rainy Boxing Day, my wife and I awoke to a wet ceiling and water trickling down our bedroom wall. Winter and the Holiday Season were in full swing and panic set in. Who could we turn to at this time of the year to fix our leaking roof?
I tried calling the company that had replaced our roof just 6 years ago and they were nowhere to be found. In desperation, I did a Google search on “emergency roof repairs” and was presented with a number of sites that offered “24/7 emergency roof repair service”. I tried calling some of the better known roofing companies that offered emergency services but I either got no answer or got an answering machine asking me to leave my phone number. I was desperate; I needed to talk to someone. I had seen a website that offered seniors discounts and prices starting as low as 299. That site was roofrepairs.ca.I was initially hesitant to call them because I was not impressed with their website. It was more of a one page ad than a website so I was very skeptical. I called their number and a live person was on the line. Her name is Kim and she was an absolute godsend. She listened to me as I told her of my immediate need for a solution to my problem. She took my information and told me she would call me back shortly. She called back 5 minutes later and told me she would have someone drop by in half an hour.
I thanked her profusely and bid her goodbye.About an Hour later, Rob and Ronald showed up at my door. They went up on the roof and appraised the damage. When they came back to me, they explained what they had found. It was not good news. Apparently, the seam between my townhouse and my neighbour’s townhouse had become unglued and water had gotten underneath and in between the layers. The damage that had been caused by this will eventually lead to replacing the roof. They gave me a few options. One was a short term solution which might last a few weeks. A second solution would cost a bit more but would likely get me through the winter. I chose the second solution with the idea of re-evaluating the damage when the weather got better. They said they would see when it could be done and that I would get a call to let me know when it could be done. Later that afternoon Kim called me back and told me they have scheduled the work for tomorrow at 9 am. The next day, they showed up promptly at 9am and proceeded with the work. After the work was completed, Brad Wyatt (the company owner) came and spoke to my wife and me. He explained in plain language what had happened and what they had done to repair the problem. He also showed us before and after pictures and videos which he had taken with his phone.All in all it turned out a very pleasant experience dealing with everyone at roofrepairs.ca.Kim even called a few days later to find out if everything was going Ok.As soon as the weather gets better, I will have them back for a re-evaluation of what I need to do regarding my roof. After last week’s heavy rain fall, we noticed the paint on the ceiling in our bathroom starting to peel off. We contacted RoofRepairs as we suspected there might be a leak in the roof or an ice dam had built up. Kim answered the call and was very friendly and courteous. She explained the repair process to us and provided an estimate. She was very helpful in getting an appointment set up quickly to have someone come out to the house. Brad came out , introduced himself, and was very friendly. He went up to the roof to do an inspection, and then came inside the house to do an inspection on the ceiling. He told us that the roof was in good condition (though some repair work had been done in some patches), we should be good for another 4 -6 years. The paint peeling off was due to condensation and the paint only had one coat (with no primer) and suggested adding more insulation in the attic. At the end of the conservation, I went to give Brad my credit card info and was very surprised (pleasantly )when he said there was no charge because he didn’t have to perform any actual repair work. I told him some other companies would have charged us for the visit and for the inspection work that was done. He smiled and replied that’s not how they run their business. We were very thankful to RoofRepairs. Kim and Brad were wonderful to work with, very professional, and very honest. Called roof repairs after I noticed a water stain on my ceiling. The current roof is not that old and I couldn't figure out how the water came in. It was a Sunday afternoon and I was surprised that my homestars request was immediately answered by kim who was an absolute pleasure to talk with. Brad was able to come out the same day. On Monday my FB update read, "It's raining and our roof is leaking :( ". By late Monday afternoon, it was still raining but out roof was no longer leaking - Yay! It rained all day Tuesday and our roof was still not leaking - double Yay!! All thanks to RoofRepairs.ca and their quick, efficient and wonderful work.For us it started when the rain began on Sunday night and I noticed large wet spots on the laundry room floor landing and in our family room - two totally different areas of our house, but at the same level. Yes, it was our carpets that were wet and nothing was dripping from the ceiling. We called a plumber first thing Monday thinking it was all due to a leaking pipe somewhere in the garage ceiling. The plumber came, opened a spot in the garage ceiling and said there was no piping in that area - the water was coming from the roof and seeping down. Nice!We needed someone who could do a quick roof repair. We didn't want our whole roof re-done, just the spot that was causing the leak. Roofrepairs.ca looked like they could do just that. We had a big job to replace our 30+ year old eavestroughs that were leaking everywhere and dropping puddles next to our foundation. I had done a smaller job with Brad before and was very happy with his work, so I had him quote the job. His quote was competitive, and more importantly the work that he and his crew did was fantastic. They went out of their way to clean up leaves that spilled out of the old eaves while taking them down, and walked the property when they were done looking for any loose metal or nails etc that might have gotten away from them. These guys are pros, and the guys you want doing the job. It is raining all week and I do not have to worry, what a relief. I was referred to RoofRepair.ca by another company. Over the last 5 years, I had desperately tried to find a company that would repair or replace my eaves trough and could not find a company that would do such a small job. I even asked the roofing company, that replaced my roof, to do it last year, they did a temporary fix, twice, that held for one rainfall. I was referred to Roof Repairs from another excellent contractor I have worked with after not getting so much as a return phone call from 4 other roofing firms on this site. From the first phone call, Brad, Kim and Ronald were friendly, professional and clearly interested in doing a good job. There was a delay with completing the project due to the endless rain we got this spring in Toronto, but they came by the first chance they could and finished the job in one day. And it's gorgeous!
