“Revive is a great experience. I signed up for the 40-day challenge only because my wife challenged me to do it. At first, I thought it would be a challenge I would not complete, but based on the approachable environment, the positive energy/motivation from staff, and smaller class sessions, Revive made me feel comfortable, motivated and designed an amazing custom work-out for me. I lost 15lbs in 6 weeks, and feel stronger, more energized, and stayed-on as a Revive member because I want this feeling to be a part of my everyday life! Can i give 5+ stars? I've done the 40 day/6 week challenge twice now. Each with a different focus a. 1st challenge was on weight loss (after having a baby) and the second was about fitness/muscle to keep up with my now two year old. I committed to 3 days a week in the gym and with the support of the Revive team the rest of the magic happened in the kitchen. I never knew how much nutrition mattered until now. I'd dropped in for workouts at Revive in the past and liked their low impact equipment and positive environment. I decided to take on their 40 day challenge to change-up my standard workout routine, change some bad dietary habits and maybe lose some weight. Mike and the team at Revive are super positive and encouraging. The challenge and the weekly fitness check-ins were great with keeping me on track and motivating me. It was definitely challenging at times fitting in the workouts and changing up my eating routine, but the Revive group, and also the other participants, were great at supporting the effort! At the end of the challenge I had lost more than 20 lbs and had gotten to the same weight I was in High School! More...

Try The 6 Week Challenge! With Christmas holidays ending and my wedding coming up in the summer I thought the 6 week challenge starting in February would be a great time to take the plunge and commit 6 weeks of my life to my health. First, my journey started out with a brief meeting to see if this program would be right for me. One question that came up in the meeting really stuck with me, “When was the last time you focused on your nutrition?” My answer: Never. Now at this point I was by no means completely out of shape, but I had never focused on what food I was putting into my body. This question about nutrition started me thinking about what kind of transformation I could achieve with a meal plan made for my goals, a coach guiding me and available to answer any questions I may have, and a signed written commitment keeping me accountable. I left that meeting (after accepting the 6 week challenge) feeling optimistic. I finally had a resource to guide me to my goals, and teach me about nutrition along the way. I will not say that the next 6 weeks were easy. A lot of the time I spend with my friends involves grabbing a drink after work, catching a flames game, going out for dinner etc, so swapping out beers for water was always a hard choice and sometimes I would decline to go all together. However, it was easy to stay committed and motivated by seeing the results at the weekly weigh-ins, and the atmosphere at Revive gym is one that keeps you coming back. Time in the gym and meal prepping all became part (and still is) of my weekly routine. I am so happy I took the challenge. I have been going to Revive on and off since it opened. Recently signed up for a 6 week challenge which was awesome. If you are looking for a bit more accountability and nutrition support you will enjoy this challenge. The STRONG class is my favorite!

I joined Revive 6 months ago after my previous gym closed. The classes are challenging and the exercises are always varied, making sure that you get a full body workout. The instructors are great, giving individual attention and feedback, and I find it a really motivating gym! More...

I was introduced the #ReviveLifestyleFitness through their Facebook Post searching out participants in their #6WeekChallenge. I met with Mike and started the program in early March. In 6 weeks, I lost 25.2 pounds, improved my health significantly, met some really nice people and feel better than I have in years. I started with the 6wk changelle and was very happy with the results. The workouts work every part of your body and you sure do sweat! ! After each class I always left feeling like I worked hard and my mind/body thanked me haha. I have just completed the 6 week challenge and I feel amazing! I lost 26.8 lbs & have learned so much about how to eat properly & the workouts kicked my butt- in a great way! I now have the confidence in myself to continue on this path and maintain my new fitness level. Thanks to everyone at Revive for the great experience. Review of the Six Week Chalenge:

My journey at Revive started in March when I promised myself that I would work out every day - just a way to trick myself into building a new identity by committing to a habit that I had never been able to continue before. When a friend of mine found out, he invited me to do a charity run and all my workouts showed when I ran farther and longer than I ever had! So when I saw the add for the Revive 6 Week Challenge, I thought it would be a great way to continue building my workout habit, but also work on my diet. My spouse is sooo good at not eating sugar every day and I knew putting some money on the line would be the motivation I needed to get out of hurting myself with sugary, double-pump, whip-topped coffees and the empty calories in the fast food I was eating.


So, did I dream of cupcakes constantly weeks 1 through 3? YES! But knowing I had a community to stay accountable to helped me stay on track. I was able to build healthier habits over the 6 weeks which completely changed my grocery list to include WAY more veggies, and I was in the habit of packing my lunches every single day for work. This left me with much better food to nourish my body, and it made a huge difference to my endurance and strength.


So a big thank you to all the staff at Revive! The front desk gave me feedback on how to train for a half marathon - definitely went above and beyond for me to provide personal service! The trainers were so open and supportive too; they always answered my questions and helped me push myself during classes. I can't tell them enough how grateful I am that they opened up their studio for this challenge!

I recently finished the revive 6 week challenge. Can i just say how absolutely blown away i was by the entire process from start to finish. The meal plan was comprehensive and easy to follow, i never once felt like i was depriving myself or on a "diet" it was just good whole foods. The work outs were great, and even on days where u have a hard time getting going, once u arrive at Revive your instantly energizes by the people and the atmosphere. The classes are challenging, and for someone like me with an injury, i was really happy with the personalized alternative movement ls the instructors were able to offer me in class when it came to an exercise i was unable to do. The Facebook group was a huge part of my success also, with recipe sharing, motivating words and a community in itself, you really feel supported. I lost 29.3 lbs in 6 weeks with the challenge and i feel great! i urge absolutely anyone to try Revive. Hope to see u in class. More...

If you want a Low Impact, High Intensity Workout, this is the place to visit. You are fitted for a heart rate monitor so you know that you are pushing yourself and it is motivating. If you are concerned about injuries, the team is well prepared for adaptations. I love that Mike and his trainers are so committed to the fitness and wellness goals of their clients. They will help you with Diet ( 6 week challenges) and Weekly Body Fat Analysis & Weigh ins. The gym is so clean and equipped with high end equipment.
