Restore Human is such an awesome space to find. The trainers are super knowledgeable and friendly and deliver results! I have more body awareness and feel stronger after only a few sessions!

Wonderful, knowledgable group of trainers. This is not your typical personal training studio: their approach to training is holistic and movement-focused, which is a great way to get a balanced workout and build strength and flexibility. Pax sure is a wise old soul! From his smiling face to his disarming presence and wisdom - I was thoroughly impressed with Pax’s professionalism and passion. He had me walking like a duck, doing variations of pull ups and the time flew by. I get the value of Restore Human - it’s to feel human by regular movement with a great fitness partner. Pax shared his knowledge naturally and with sincere care to support my body and it’s capabilities. I’ve been dealing with chronic back pain for almost 30 years, from sports and work injuries and car accidents. I’ve spend countless dollars on chiro, massage, acupuncture, osteo, you name it. Half way through my first set of training sessions. What can I say, it's motivating, challenging and I can already feel the difference. I arrive all grumpy and leave invigorated and refreshed. My whinging falls on deaf ears and Pax is both patient and very good about not letting me quit...even when I really, really want to. It's exactly the kick in the butt I needed. Thank you Restore Human Family! My first visit here I connected with the Founder Karlo and Manager Pax who are two of the lead coaches. They are fantastic people, who care about the community, people health, and building a better world. The classes are holistic and beginner friendly and integrate movement from a rich variety of gymnastics, crossfit, yoga, mindfulness, traditional lifting, rolling, hanging, crawling, playing, and it all happens in a safe welcoming space. I first started working with K because I had some lofty, hard core physical goals to acheive in a relatively short period of time. I was going for my L2 Movnat certfication and had to nail a tuck pop up. Thanks to K, we got the job done through a lot of drills to improve my shoulder mobility and strength, plus a lot of heavy lifting taking into consideration past injuries. After I earned my cert I continued training with K because it was so much fun and just loved how my body and spirit were changing. Things just got better from there as our training took on a different turn. K put a huge emphasis on progressing my combatives skills and personal development. I can't believe how much I've learned in the last year! I can honestly say that I'm the fittest I've ever been in my whole life at 45+ and look forward to saying exactly that again when I'm 50+. This gym and its teachers have profoundly changed my life. I cannot even begin to describe how grateful I feel. Who could have ever imagined that - after thirty years of not feeling comfortable in athletic settings - I am starting to believe in my ability to become strong and resilient. Coach K & the Restore Human team have helped me after a head injury sustained from a bad car accident. Gaining understanding of biomechanics and holistic health has been a positive contributor to my journey in recovery. I went to my first class last night with Kesh and I have to say it was so eye opening. First of all I loved it. I instantly felt comfortable in the space. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. I went to the recovery class thinking it would be traditional stretching yet it was completely different. I walked away feeling incredible and so much more aware of my body and what is possible. I expected to simply copy the teacher and yet I walked away having learned so much.

This place is incredible. It's what I was looking for without even realizing it. This is so needed! I encourage everyone to get to Restore Human. Whatever age, skill or fitness level you will be made to feel welcome and will get so much out of it.

Restore Human is an amazing community that promotes and teaches safe body movement. They've been able to provide me with the antidote to my long days at a computer and not only improved my minute to minute experience by increasing my movement health, but made day to day life happier! It's amazing what regular movement with friends can do for putting stress in perspective and as a consequence, remove it from your life. 10/10 would recommend! I also dislocated my shoulder a few months ago and the depth of knowledge and targeted exercises they worked through with me resulted in the fastest recovery my physio said they'd ever seen. Incredibly unique and effective approach to getting fit and healthy for not just the short term. A huge amount of experience, knowledge and proven research put to use to show that knowing how your muscles and joints work and building that mind to body connection, makes you stronger and fitter way faster than just being told what to do and never knowing why or what or which muscles are working. I broke my ankle last June and once the doctor told me I was able to start walking again I started training with Stephan Vecsey.  I am a stylist so I spend 10 hours a day on my feet and I wanted to make sure I was in shape to go back to work and soccer ... When I went there for the first time I was nervous. I had spend my whole summer on a knee scooter.  I wasn't excited to have sore muscles . I wasn't excited to mentally prep myself for the road ahead. Stephan created a training program for both my work lifestyle and the sports I love. It has been 4 months and I couldn't be happier! My posture is the best it's been in 10 years, I have gone back to playing soccer and am in better shape than when I broke my ankle in the first place. I am on my last belt loop and haven't had to modify my social life or a lot of my diet.Stephan and the entire team at Restore Human are literally amazing! They make you feel like you are part of the family and will get you in the best shape ever all while you have fun doing it ! Coach K at Restore Human is fabulous! My husband and I train with him regularly and both love it. He and I have very different fitness backgrounds and yet, we both find the training challenging. Coach K has a unique approach to training that combines cardiac and resistance training with a minor dose of physio on the side. He breaks down each move into its components and tweaks minor details. The focus is on the right technique and engaging the body and not lifting as heavy as humanly possible (though I suspect increase in weights will likely come). I have tired the group fitness class at Restore Human as well and it was just as good as the personal training! I am looking forward to my fitness journey with Coach K. I would highly encourage anyone and everyone to train with Coach K! More...
