Overall, Melinda handled my health and diet concerns with professional expertise. Melinda listened carefully and asked relevant questions to unravel my complex situation. She drew upon on a wide and diverse knowledge base to plan and fine tune a menu that addressed my specific situation. While addressing specific concerns, she still had her eye on the 'big picture'. Melinda explained concepts to me with clarity and ease. The plan was easy to follow and flexible, and the results speak for themselves. I am experiencing great success and I am looking forward to better health and physical performance. I highly recommend her for both adults and children. Speaking with Melinda is a breath of fresh air. Melinda has provided me with non-judgmental, honest and helpful nutrition advice. She provides me with nutritional information and facts that I otherwise did not know about. Melinda is up to date with research and provides me with further information to refer to when our conversation is over. She speaks to me in reassuring and positive tones, and celebrates every small or large victory that I otherwise didn't acknowledge myself. Melinda shares her wealth of knowledge and is quick to give encouragement. Her guidance has been an essental component on my path to wellness. I have been benefiting from her meal planning service for 3 years. She has created meal plans for me that are vegetarian, nutritious and quick to make plus she has introduced me to some new products.
