Wedding date: September 14/19If you're looking for a venue that has beautiful views, elegant decor, an intimate vibe and amazing staff- Redcrest is it! Best part is that it is all yours! You do not have to compete with other wedding parties. Immediately after meeting (previously Alison), now AnneMarie and Randi; we got that vibe that Redcrest was going to take care of our needs. We were right, Anne Marie and Randi were there helping us plan our wedding- they really care about their clients and are passionate about what they do. Unlike other places we visited, we NEVER had the feeling gouged or up-sold for our money. We felt we could always trust them and their input. They were always so accommodating in trying to make our vision come true but would also provide suggestions to help problem solve key issues. On the day of, AnneMarie, Randi, Serge, chef and the staff took control of almost everything. They were able to set up decor we provided for both the tent, club house and ceremony site to our exact wishes. They worked with our vendors with ease. They made sure we were kept on schedule but also didn't rush us. On the day of, they made us feel like movie stars. Things like checking up on the groomsmen and helping us with our boutonnieres, or making sure the parents of the groom/bride were always comfortable/taken care of.... it's things like that that stood out to us. Their attention to detail is superb. All of our family and friends were in awe of how beautiful the ceremony, club house and tent were. They spoke about how great and kind the staff were but they mostly spoke of how elegant and organized everything was. They especially enjoyed the food! Everyone was full. Gina is the best! Our wedding was perfect in every way, from the initial consultation to when we picked up our stuff the day after our wedding. the food was cooked to perfection. I had my engagement party and wedding shower at RedCrest and they both could not have gone better! Our coordinator, Alison was so great and was such a pleasure to deal with! She was able to answer any and all questions I had leading right up to each event - even all the emails and phone calls my mom made to her!! She made the whole planning process easy and we received so many compliments from our guests about the overall flow of each event!I would for sure recommend this venue! We booked Redcrest for our wedding on September 22nd 2018 and we couldn't be happier with our choice of venue.From the moment we booked, the staff was courteous and patient and answered all of my questions and concerns right away. Our tasting was amazing, and they did not disappoint serving 135 people on our special day. Our guests all complimented our selection starting with Shrimp Flambe for the cocktail hour, followed by 3 delicious courses for dinner, and a perfect late night station that was enjoyed by all. Coordination was on point and super attentive. And service overall was present and quick. Our outdoor ceremony was picture perfect and the overall scenery was perfect for our photos and videos, making it super simple for us having that all done on location, close to our awaiting guests. The tent was elegant, and the perfect size for our intimate wedding of immediate family and close friends. We cant thank you enough Redcrest! Alison and Anne Marie were both amazing to work with. They are both professional and detail oriented and are always available to answer your questions leading up to the big day. They also know all of the right questions to ask YOU to make sure your wedding day runs smooth from start to finish. The day of my wedding the weather was calling for 80% chance of rain, but I had this weird gut feeling that everything was going to be fine and kept suggesting that I wanted the ceremony outdoors. I knew I was coming off a bit crazy, but they listened to me and set up indoor and outdoor ceremony options the day of. About an hour before the ceremony, the weather cleared up and Alison was flying around to set up my dream outdoor ceremony. They worked SO hard to make me happiest bride and they pulled off the last minute change flawlessly. The night ran smoothly, all of our guests commented on how great the food and service was.
