If I could give Primitive Power Training more than five stars I would. I have been training with Greg over a year now and not only does he focus on your personl goals in the gym but, he also takes the time and effort to prepare your meal plans, he's there via phone, email or text any time of the day or night if you have questions or concerns. He's not the type of trainer who's says yes to what you want to hear! He's the type to tell you like it is.
