Great experience so far. I could never stand the gym but since I started with Primitive Power Training, my life has changed. Every day, I look forward to my next training session with Greg (the Big Chief), and enjoy every second of the session. Greg is a great personal trainer, extremely knowledgeable, and sometimes pushy (that is what we all need when it comes to working out). We have different training plan for every session so the body doesn't get used to the same routine. I feel stronger, younger and happier with Greg's workaround plan and sessions. I strongly recommend Greg's studio especially if you have tried going to the Gym a couple of times in the past, and did not like .. This one is just so different. Primitive Power Training is an amazing and affordable training service to help you get into shape! Greg, the trainer, is a beast in pushing you to your max. He is very passionate about working out and making a healthy change in your lifestyle. I've lost up to 20 pounds and consistently see results. You're provided a custom workout routine and meal plan to reach your goals (whether it is to lose weight, gain muscle or stay fit). I've been to other trainers and never had a training service like this. I highly recommend it! Plus the gym venue is located centrally between Richmond Hill / Thornhill. If I could give Primitive Power Training more than five stars I would. I have been training with Greg over a year now and not only does he focus on your personl goals in the gym but, he also takes the time and effort to prepare your meal plans, he's there via phone, email or text any time of the day or night if you have questions or concerns. He's not the type of trainer who's says yes to what you want to hear! He's the type to tell you like it is. If you take the time to work with him and give him the chance to change your life physically I assure if you follow his guideance with training and eating properly he'll change you! Where do I start? Well, Greg helped me shed around 45 pounds in 6 months while still maintaining my composition. Helped show me everything I now know about healthy eating and keeping fit. I just wanna say thank you to this guy, i have been training with him for more than 1 year long. At first was hard cause my body was too thin to get muscle, he helped me made a personal daily food plan helped me out. Good trainer, respect for you.
