Physio Care Physiotherapy is an amazing place to go for all you physio, chiro, massage and so much more. Our daughter (Sarah Marsh) has been recieveing laser treatment for her knee (knee cap dislocation) and she was made to feel super comfortable which is great with her anxiety. Sindhuri Parrimi has been a absolute dream and has been treating our daughter from day one. She is super sweet, easy to talk too, very through with her treatments and great at teaching you the excerises for at home treaments between sessions and is very encouraging with her patients achievements/progress. My experience with this clinic was great. My son had an injury to his knee and we took him to Physiocare. They were extremely friendly and helpful. The physiotherapist, Ghada Shendy, is excellent, very knowledgeable and professional. She did a thorough examination and then explained the diagnosis and treatment plan clearly. She tried several different techniques until she reached the best results for his situation. After using different types of therapy, like shockwave, laser therapy he felt somewhat better immediately. I can't say enough about the amazing experience I had at this clinic! After suffering with debilitating plantar fasciitis for about 6 months (and spending $600 on custom orthodics with no relief) I was ready to cut my foot off. I was recommended to try shockwave therapy by someone who had their plantar fasciitis treated (and healed) by it. I was very skeptic, but at the point where I was willing to try anything. I was pleasantly surprised by how thorough my initial assessment was. We ended up doing shockwave on my foot during that appointment, and I immediately noticed a difference in my pain levels. I continued shockwave therapy for another few sessions, and I'm thrilled to say that I'm a new man! No more pain at all!!! Everyone at this clinic is super friendly, and they really go the extra mile to make sure that everything is done right. I am not surprised that Physiocare is ranked as one of the top physiotherapist clinics in the region. Their physiotherapists are experienced, dedicated and compassionate to their clients needs. What I like the most at Physiocare is their thorough assessment and involving their clients in the treatment plans. I found Physiocare clinic is equipped with the most up to date therapy equipment such as Shockwave , Biofles laser , Decompression traction , Graston and ultrasound . Not only has everyone in this place been extremely professional, personable and empathetic, they actually personally care about you and its so evident. Each person that works there makes a point to know you, your children and your life. They are truely a positive holistic environment .My kids love going there with me and are content even for an hour in the waiting room while I receive treatment. The owner, Gemal, his wife ( dont remember name I'm sorry), Jewl at the front and everyone else ( can't name everyone) has made a solid point to get to know me, my kids, my needs physically and even emotionally and spiritually, and incorporate everything into a treatment. Great experience with the staff here, as soon as you walk in you are welcomed by the receptionists. The environment is very clean, comfortable and bright. I first started attending the clinic in September, as a result of an injury I received while working. Ultimately the problem will be resolved by surgery in May. However the clinic and its personnel were instrumental in relieving the pain and discomfort I was in. Additionally they really helped to increase the range of motion in my arm. All providers at Physiocare treat you as they would do their own family members. I had tried many therapists in Toronto and Durham regions and all pain management methods including pain injection to no avail. Working as a team, staff at Physiocare - Ghada, Gamal, Nivirt, Natasha, Roxanna and their assistants were able to bring my Chronic lower back pain to a manageable state. Team Gamal and Ghada are knowledgeable professionals with excellent bedside manners. They offer so many services under one roof (physiotherapy,chiropractic care, osteopathy ,Massage therapy, Graston technique, paraffin therapy,shock-wave, spinal decompression, Orthotics) and they have excellent hours of operation. I worked at phyiso care physiotherapy for my placement in preparation for university. As someone inspiring to enter into a medical background i thought that working on hand with patients was a great way to prepare myself before getting involved. I was surprised to find the environment to be so welcoming. It was clear how long the people there had worked in simple love for there job.
