I could't be more happier with everything Melissa has done for us for our wedding. Starting with the engagement photos last year, they were beyond beautiful and Melissa made us feel completely comfortable. Melissa was helpful and knowledgeable throughout the months leading up to the wedding and advised me to create a folder in which she had access to where I kept all the photos I knew were important for us to have taken at the wedding. This was a great idea because as some of you brides know you are just so consumed and wrapped up in the day you tend to forget some things. My husband and I were married September 26 and Melissa had our pictures back to us within a month. We literally loved every photo... her attention to detail and her ability to bring to life every moment of the day through the photos is just amazing. My first experience was with Melissa for Christmas Tree minis and I was blown away with how comfortable she made us all feel. She had so many different ideas, set ups and was so organized. Every shot turned out amazing! She was able to get amazing shots of my 11 & 13 year old! Today Melissa captured my daughters grade 8 grad. She photographed her close friends, some sweet BFF photos, group photos and family photos! I am just thrilled she was here today to help us document such an amazing milestone. Despite all the craziness that happened during our wedding planning, Melissa was the calm to our storm. Professional yet made you feel like you have known her for 20 years. She was very quick to communicate and didn't hesitate to recommend options and ideas from her many years of experience. Even down to the night before our wedding she was calling/texting me to discuss details ( As a wife and mother of 2 children, on a Friday night that just shows Melissa's passion for her work) We have gotten so many compliments on our photos, including our Parent Brag books ( We have 2 very impressed mothers) and our own album! Melissa is absolutely amazing. Plans fell through with our original photographer two weeks before our wedding. We met with Melissa who luckily had that weekend open! She made us feel completely comfortable from the start. She is extremely reliable, kept in constant contact and made sure she knew exactly what we hoped to get out of our wedding day. The photos that Melissa and her husband captured on our day were beyond any of our expectations. I had such a hard time choosing pictures for our photo album that we had to add on extra pages! Our parents were thrilled with their parent brag albums and I show off our wedding album at any chance I get. My family recently had a photography session done with Melissa, and she is very polite and kind, flexible, and highly professional! We have three kids, and at first I felt bad because they didn't seem to want to stay still/behave for photos. However, despite the craziness and silliness (at times), Melissa brought an overall sense of calm and order to the session.
