Overall we are very happy with the railings. Omega did an excellent job installing them, taking time to inspect them afterwards and do touch ups and they look great. The time from placing the order to installation was longer than expected. We were ok with that as there were no doubt many days this past month that the weather prevented them from moving forward with their installations. However, we only received updates on the status of the order when we requested them. We would have appreciated regular updates as to when we could expect installation without having to ask for them. We had a brick balcony surrounding a flat roof. The brick was falling apart on the front of the house because of a leaky flat roof. Once the roof was repaired, Omega came in, measured for the stainless railing.
When the steel was ready, they installed it, then measured exactly for the frosted glass. The quality of the work was exceptional. The workers were professional and efficient.

I cannot say enough good things about Omega Railing, and in particular George and Angelo!!! I contacted Omega back in the fall of 2018 to get a quote to do a custom railing for our new front porch. George got back to me right away and we meet that week to discuss the project. I had done my homework prior and contacted a number of suppliers for quotes, they were all within budget, but I wasn’t wowed by the designs offered. I wanted something special that reflected us and would complement our new space. When I met with George and provided a photo for inspiration, he got my vision right away and worked on the custom design and also met my budget requirements. I hired him 2 days later. George did all the measurements himself, double checked the work prior to manufacturing and installed the railing with Angelo in one day. The railings are made of high-quality iron, installed securely into the concrete and incredible sturdy. The work was done immaculately and looks AMAZING! Both George and Angelo were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. The installation took longer than expected but it was worth the wait. Every time I come home and see that railing it makes me smile. If you are sitting on the fence about calling or using them, don’t be I would highly recommend Omega anyone interested in new railing and intend to use them for future projects without a doubt! We are so pleased with Omega's work. Angelo and George created custom iron railings for us based off just one photograph we provided as the inspiration (we didn't like any of the designs found elsewhere). The estimate was very competitive (another popular railings company quoted more than double for the same job because it was custom!). Angelo completed the measurements and installation himself and was friendly and pleasant. The railings are high quality, and are installed securely into the cement (no surface screws etc.) They've improved the appearance of our house immensely. Had Rene put together 2 designs for security bars for our railings and sliding doors. Excellent service and quality products that were custom fabricated in-house. From the moment we contacted Omega Iron and Railings, our experience has been exceptional in every way. George responded to our initial request for a new wrought iron railing, very quickly, gave us an approximate cost and offered to have someone make a site visit at our convenience. We were fortunate to have Angelo come to our house. Angelo was extremely helpful, patient and professional. Angelo was very good to work with us regarding the height and styles of the railing and offered suggestions---all of which we took and are very glad we did. Omega created a wrought iron railing - hot dipped zinc galvanized and powder coated in a white finish - for my newly-reconstructed front porch. The initial contact was made through the mason that worked on my porch, and I was slightly concerned my requirements might 'get lost in translation', so to speak. No need to worry though - the railing looks amazing and is exactly what I wanted. My only frustrations - minor - were the time it took to get the railing installed (after the 8 weeks it took to fabricate it) and the days-long delay in responding to a couple of my e-mail inquiries. Omega had done a great exterior railing and metal deck at my brother's place so we contacted them about some custom railings we wanted to replicate from other Houzz designs we'd seen. They showed us pictures of very similar work they had done which made us feel at ease, and they came over to measure everything and discuss many of the small details. We're still in pre-construction for many aspects so many of the railings haven't been made yet (we're not ready for them), but the interior railings have been finished and the quality is truly top notch. We've already receiving many compliments, and my contractor father-in-law is very impressed with their quality as compared to others in the business that he's dealt with.We can't wait to have the front porch, back porch, side railing and entire back-property railing done by Omega given how well they've done this first railing. Needed an exterior gate for stairs that goes down to the basement as a security gate for my toddler. Called upon Omega after doing a Google search. We scheduled an appointment, they came out took measurements, they showed me some pictures of designs that we decided on. I have used Omega for many years now and cannot even describe the creativity and efficiency of this company. They have designed and created such unique pieces in the many homes I have been a part of. From the beautiful wrought iron bed, living room table and the magnificent fireplace that I asked Dennis to do whatever he thought looked best. He created something so intricate and unique that all who have seen it are just amazed at the workmanship! I came across Omega Iron through a web search after the first firm we selected didn't come through. I didn't have any references and was somewhat uneasy since this was a relatively large job that was time sensitive. We had all the stair rails in our home replaced with circular wrought iron that would incorporate an Art Deco nuance. I gave Dennis one tiny picture of a feature that I would like to see on the wrought iron design. Other than that, I gave him almost no direction. After all he is highly skilled in design as well. I hired this company to install a set of railings on my rear deck. They were informative, and helpful in deceiding what design to choose.
