Our dog Artie has been going to Noelle’s for over a year. Artie is a rescue dog and takes time to warm up to new people and situations. We chose Noelle’s as she has a lower number of dogs overall and takes the dogs out for long walks instead of having them stay in an indoor pen with just pee breaks all day. The best!! We’ve had the pleasure of Noelle visiting and caring for our super high maintenance cat for years. She is now so busy with pups, her assistant Doug comes to our home. They are always, 100% available for us, holidays included. We can always rest easy that Cleo the cat is being so well taken care of. Noelle and her team have watched my goofy pup Winston a handful of times now over the last 6 months when I can't take him on vacations. I had never left him with a "stranger" before but the videos and pictures sent daily really put my mind at ease. Winston is always happy to trot up the stairs when I drop him off and is wiped when he gets home so I know he's loving his time at Noelle's Pet Love. We stumbled across Noelle's website, looking for daycare for our new dog Jax and what a find it was. We moved here relatively recently from Europe and our main concern was making sure our dog Freddie can be looked after when we're not around. We weren't sure which dog walking/sitting service to trust and looked up a lot of them online. This one seemed decent so we decided to give it a shot. And boy are we glad we did that! The service and care provided are excellent, and it's not just us saying so. Primarily, we rely on the fact that our dog loves it. I have a Senior dog who requires medication and special care because of anxiety and I use Noelle's boarding services more than a few times a year. When i leave him at drop off, my dog goes easily into her arms and at pick-up he is fine. I can travel away and not be worried that he is well looked after. Can't say enough about Noelle, she has been fantastic with our English Bulldog! Every day he goes on an adventure down at the beach. Noelle takes video clips from all the walks and posts them to YouTube, so that each evening we can see what our pup got up to that day!Noelle has been taking our dog since he was a puppy, and has been instrumental in his training. Not only does she work with him herself, but also gives us good advice that we can use on our own walks.We have very demanding jobs and knowing we can rely on Noelle puts us both at ease. Loki has been going to Noelle's daycare since he was a pup. Spending time with her and around other dogs really helped with his confidence and socialization. Noelle is one of the few people we trust to leave Loki with when we are at work or out of town (and can't bring him with us).Neither my husband nor I have regular work schedules, so Noelle's incredible flexibility and hours of work have been absolutely invaluable to us. Noelle has been looking after my Malti-Poo Lucy for almost 2 years now and cannot say enough about the quality of care my dog receives. She attends a couple of days a week for daycare and we also board Lucy with Noelle when we are away. Lucy has some separation anxiety but happily runs up the stairs into the Noelle's home and always comes home happy and relaxed. Noelle also sends daily video so we can see what Lucy got up to on her walks or beach visit. Noelle's Pet Love is great and we are so glad we found her.Noelle is professional, reliable and has been able to step in even super short notice when our schedules changed last minute. We have a Cairn Terrier who can be a bit difficult with other dogs but Noelle knows how to handle him and we have seen a huge improvement in his behaviour towards other dogs after he has been going on walks with her. She posts videos on youtube of the walks and it is so great to see how much fun the dogs are having and what they have been up to.Apart from the daily adventure walks Noelle takes the pups on she also offers dog boarding. It is such a relief to have found someone who is so relaxed and good with the animals and we are happy to leave our dog with her anytime as we know he is in the best hands. Noelle has taken care of our dog during all vacations. She is wonderful and my dog RUNS to her door every time we drop him off. The cage free boarding and off leash, daily runs on the beach and trails in town, provide the perfect atmosphere for our dog to be happy and healthy. Tons of interaction with other dogs and people. I can't add much to all the positive reviews; Noelle is indeed a wonderful loving caregiver for your pets. My dog Jesse has been boarding with her often when I am away on holidays or weekend getaways (sometimes with very short notice), his tail starts wagging when we are getting near her house, and he can't wait to get to her door. Have received great service from Noelle and her team over the past three years. Our dog requires private walks as she has issues with small dogs and Noelle was able to accommodate this and provide a very reasonable rate. Noelle is very easy to get along with and has been able to accommodate last minute requests when we were in a pinch. We have been taking our pets (at one time consisting of 2 dogs and a cat) to Noelle for over 6 years now, both for short weekends away and extended 3 week trips. I cannot recommend her and her team highly enough. Noelle is extremely caring and passionate, which is evident by how she treats the animals she takes care of with great love. Even when our elderly dog needed extra care (had to be carried down the steps, needed a diaper, was being hand-fed), Noelle took her in happily and gave her all the special care she required. Noelle has been walking Howard for five years. Howard is an aloof dog but loves Noelle and being at her house. We have been taking our Duck Toller, Chloe, to Noelle since she was 4 moths old and have had great service from Noelle. Her place is like a second home for Chloe, and we always appreciate getting the daily videos/Instagram posts of our dog frolicking on the beach. Many places charge extra for daily off leash walks and I appreciate that this is standard for Noelle. She was also able to provide tips with training a new puppy, consistency with our training, and recommendations on halters and leash training. Noelle has also been flexible on drop off and pick up times with prior notice, and has been willing to work with us if something comes up. I take my bunny Panda to Noelle every couple of months for when we go away on 3-4 day trips and I don't see that changing anytime soon. Love how flexible she is with the pickup and dropoff times since I'm kind of a bad planner! Every time I changed the pickup time she'd accomodate my crazy schedule. Noelle (and her father) took wonderful care of our cat for two weeks while we were away on vacation. We were nervous about leaving her with anyone, and were delighted when we came back to find our cat happier than before we left! She was incredibly well cared for, had lots of human interaction (the reason we chose Noelle's over a vet or boarding service), and she even seemed to learn to be a bit more social than she was before. The daily video clips that were shared on Facebook helped to reassure our family that our cat was safe and happy, and in fact we wondered whether she would ever want to leave Noelle's home.
