I had an amazing experience at N&E from the second my mom and I walked in the door the week before my scheduled appointment. Michael was so friendly and wonderfully helpful and attentive in finding a perfect mom-of-the-bride dress after a rocky start at another store. He also picked out the most stunning bridal gown I've ever seen after asking what I was looking for and made note of it for my appointment. Trish then helped us the next weekend; she was so upbeat but patient with my indecisiveness and made me feel no pressure to make an immediate decision. The dress that Michael chose was beyond perfect - unique, romantic, and just so so beautiful. So I went back after thinking of nothing else for two days, and Carly let me in to put it on again before the store was technically even open. I walked in this store yesterday without an appointment and having just had a horrible experience at another bridal shop. All of the staff were wonderful ! What a difference from the store I’d just been to before. They listened to what I was looking for, unfortunately my wedding is in 3 months and there wasn’t enough time to have a dress ordered in. But the ladies did their best to find me a dress that I could buy right off of the floor, but this limited our options of course. They were able to find a few dresses that were beautiful, but just not quite what I was looking for. Although I didn’t end up buying my dress from them, the experience was still great and I would recommend them to others in the future. More...

Nicholas and Elizabeth was very supportive in all of my inquiries as I considered where to go to find my wedding dress! While it ultimately came down to being out of my personal budget, Nicholas and Elizabeth went above and beyond to provide me with some options that could have been affordable and fit within my style. I truly believe that your experience at bridal salons depends on WHO you work with. During my first appointment, Carly went above and beyond to help me find a "unique" dress. She was so helpful, and I loved her attitude about everything! I fell in love with a dress that she pulled out for me, and while it may not be the one (I am extremely indecisive), I am so happy that I met her! My reason for not giving this place 5 stars is due to appearance - carpets are old, and yes, the store needs to be renovated, but they have such beautiful dresses so I think it's OK for now. I am sure they are looking to expand change rooms and change carpets in the future. Other than that, I love this place! More...

I have had the pleasure of working with NE Bridal two times now for two styled shoots, one of which I arranged and the other I was invited to be a vendor for the shoot arranged by another wedding vendor. Both times, I was thoroughly impressed with the service that we received, as well as the quality and pure beauty of the dresses that were provided. BRIDES LISTEN UP. do not and I mean DO NOT listen to the negative reviews on this store. This store honestly deserves 5 stars and nothing less. I have been to a few other bridal stores and none have been as great as this one. The customer service was amazing , I had a lovely sweet gentleman helping me out and he had amazing taste ! He listened to everything I had to say and picked out amazing dresses for me , never have I ever been to a place where every dress that they picked out for me I loved.. and trust me I'm picky !!!I love love love this store and will recommend it to everyone !!! This whole team; I have never been in a more welcoming store than this one right here. I got to know all of the staff and they are incredible. My girls and I had a BLAST finding our dresses here and we all felt like a million dollars. They listened to what I wanted and how I wanted to feel on my day. Then they helped me find a dress that was me. Once I was settled they helped each of my girls do the same thing; they took the time to make sure each of my 5 girls felt fantastic in their dress. We were in and out of that store countless times and we were never made to feel pressured into choosing or that we were annoying them with our innumerable visits. My experience at Nicholas and Elizabeth Bridal was absolutely fantastic. Micheal is so much fun and is so good at what he does. He understood my style instantly and made us all feel so comfortable and relaxed. My entire group couldn't stop talking about how much fun they had and how different it was than any other bridal salon! I found a dress I loved and had the best dress shopping experience with my family. We travelled to N&E from Brantford (about an hour drive) and it was well worth the trip! I can not say enough about my experience here. Micheal was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond. I was stuck between 2 dresses one was ivory the other a blush. Micheal took ivory material and put it under the lace of the blush dress so I could see what it would looked like and I was sold!! It was perfect. He is so fun to work with, he made my experience less stressful and more enjoyable. They are also very good with being sensitive to budget. Very nice Bridal Shop ... Nicholas & Elizabeth's cen get your bride into all different styles and is not pressured to purchase any. They welcome one to try on as many as one would like, all taking price point into consideration, ect., all this until you say those famous works on that television show, 'Say Yes to The Dress', I do believe! ... Staff hear are pleaseanot, work fast. This is London Very Top Line Boutique of not the officical Top Store a bride should go to as inventory flows and there is probably something here that will fall under any wonbnans budget!, The setup of the store is personal so not all are going to be seeing you in your area while trying on dresses. I cannot urge you enough to consider this bridal shop when looking for your dress. The staff here are so incredibly friendly, helpful, well-informed, and can give you suggestions on gowns you wouldn't even have thought to try on! I gave them a rough idea of the type of gown I was looking for and they brought me an absolutely perfect representation of it. I even went down the road to try out another bridal shop and the service was terrible, harsh, and even though I found a dress for cheaper, I decided to go with Nicolas and Elizabeth because of their outstanding customer service. Went with my best friend to help her find a wedding dress. They were so helpful and gave great advice - were honest in which gowns looked great on her and which didn't. She fell in love with the first one and then a few others but tried the first one again and couldn't part with it. We loved the experience and highly recommend. Went shopping for my sister's wedding for her bridesmaids. Right from the very start - from phone call after trying to book an appointment online - up til leaving the store after trying dresses on in person, my experience was absolutely amazing. Devon, the lady who help me, and myself powered through so many styles and was super helpful in honing in on the right designs. At the end of the day, after showing the bridal party girls what I had tried on, they decided they wanted to go for an option that would be more accommodating for the bridesmaid who's abroad. Nonetheless, it doesn't take away my happiness and satisfaction from the experience I had here. The lady on the phone was super informed as well as the associate, Devon, who helped me get all those dresses in within an hour. Will definitely keep this store in mind for future events! This was the first and last salon I went to for my wedding gown. I have a fairly significant mobility impairment and was feeling a little shy and nervous about trying on gowns. After being in other bridal salons N&E was the most amazing experience that I could have asked for. It was a super busy Saturday morning and the attention that we received was amazing. The team at Nicholas and Elizabeth was a pleasure to work with when finding my wedding dress!! Michael was such a delight, he made me feel so comfortable (as did the other girls that helped me out). We went to Nicholas & Elizabeth Bridal just on a spur of the moment while in London looking at wedding dresses. We did not have an appointment. We were encouraged to browse around and if they could fit us in they would do their best. And if not - then we could write down dresses that we liked and they would book us an appointment. We did find a number of dresses we liked, and Michael was able to "squeeze us in" I did not feel squeezed at all. I felt very welcomed and Michael was very attentive to my daughter - the bride to be. I would recommend this store to anyone looking, because you never know where you will find THE dress. The staff is very warm and friendly and made us feel completely welcomed. Had an absolutely amazing experience here! Michael was so easy to work with, he listened to my needs and wants. He was super personable and I could tell he knew what he was doing. They had so many different styles I had never seen, way different from other stores as it was my fourth stop having no luck. They also have ALL sizes, I am a 12 and was disappointed in many stores as they only carried sizes generally 6-8 so I was not able to try on as many. I was told I would have to envision it and order with out trying on. Not the case here! They had a variety of sizes and I didn't feel bad once trying on dresses!Bought my wedding dress here and can't wait for it to come in!!!!!!! Can't say enough the great experience I had! More...

Meghan and Devon are fabulous to work with! They made me feel comfortable and beautiful. They had so much patience with me every time I came back to try on the same dress, over and over! The only thing I didn’t like was how secretive the store is on the designer/style of gown. Other stores would give you designer and style numbers and even offer to price match, whereas this store would not. I assume to stop you from buying else where, but I was so happy with the customer service up until that point, that the price didn’t matter. I wanted to look the dress up online to see it on the models, but couldn’t even get the style number which was a bit of a turn off. Other than that, the service was excellent! More...

Getting my dress from Nicholas and Elizabeth was one of the BEST parts of the wedding planning process! Carly was amazing, and made the process so easy and enjoyable! I'm not a girl who likes shopping around for long periods of time, I told Carly my vision and she helped me find my exact vision within an hour- and it was my first time out shopping for dresses! She was like a ninja helping me in and out of about 8 gowns, it was amazing! The prices there are incredibly reasonable as well, I ended up spending exactly what I hoped and found my dream dress.
