I’ve completed 1 sprint distance triathlon each summer for the past 3 years, but this season I decided to tackle multiple races, including my first Olympic distance. I’ve never been a fan of strength training in the gym – I find the atmosphere uninviting and I never knew what exercises I should or shouldn’t be doing. I decided I needed help building a stronger base for my increased training load and I’m so happy that I started working with Kevin. After 12 weeks, I felt considerable improvement in my strength and had a better handle on my warm-up, cool-down, and stretching habits. He is extremely knowledgeable and great at explaining the reasons for each exercise to help you work towards your specific goal.
