Mindful movements has been a place of healing for myself, after having injuries in both rotator cuffs and a groin injury as well as sciatica pain that was so bad my feet were tingling which scared me and I felt helpless. I was unable to find any relief in the medical field, acupuncture, massage, x-rays the list went on for six months. Finally I made an appointment with Michelle and by this time I felt broken. She was very patient with me and we began working on the issues. Within three weeks I was able to get a full nights sleep. Today my injuries are all at bay and I am maintaining my health. Michelle has taught me how to take care of myself through being mindful and using the tools she has so patiently taught me. I have also taken Pilates with Kym and continue doing Personal training with Michelle and have enjoyed everyone at mindful movements that I have met and taken classes with. It is a very professional atmosphere and I have been treated with the utmost respect. Thanks Michelle and to all the others at Mindful Movements who don't just teach, but offer compassion and knowledge.
