Great trainer! I’ve learnt my body is capable of a lot more than I ever thought. Mike’s great at alternating and modifying workouts that best suit you and what you’re comfortable with. That being said he will push you to your limit and make you work to your full potential. I’ve seen amazing changes in myself over the last two years! Highly recommend. More...
