Puneet is an excellent wedding planner! If you need a planner to help with all details of your wedding, you have found her! Puneet helped my husband and I plan a Punjabi destination wedding. She took the time to listen to all of our needs and wants, and was able to plan a wedding with all the details we requested. We were very particular with everything, and she did not fail to deliver. She met with us multiple times to go over every detail to ensure our wedding was exactly what we wanted. We highly recommend her to any couple planning a destination wedding. Marsha and Harumi did everything possible to ensure our wedding was all we had dreamed of! Harumi took a lot of time going over every detail with me and the vision I had. She even helped me find a graphic artist to design the wedding monogram we got printed onto the dance floor! Marsha is an amazing person with the kindest heart. She flew with us to Cabo and made sure our wedding was nothing short of a fairytale - even getting the hotel to move a huge trampoline from the site of the ceremony and reception area (it took 30 people to move it!). No task is too much to ask of Marsha, she really went above and beyond, from privately meeting with Ian and I in our hotel suite to go over the details (one more time to ensure utter perfection), to checking in with me via text throughout our stay leading up to the big day, to overseeing and facilitating the day of wedding planning! Marsha made me feel like I was the luckiest bride, and in her hands I could know we would be well taken care of. This is so important when you are the bride - you need to know you can place your dream day in someone's hands, who is not only going to be reliable, but who is going to go above and beyond. This is 100% Marsha Steeves! And it did not end there! Marsha also helped organize our honeymoon in Cabo for the week following the wedding. We stayed at Secrets in Los Cabos and Marsha took it upon herself to guarantee it would be unforgettable. When we arrived to our honeymoon suite, not only did we discover it was one of the best rooms, but it was also a part of the club level (Marsha had them upgrade us), allowing us access to special food and beverages in a private club house! There was also candles lit, rose petals scattered around and a hot bubble bath in our Jacuzzi tub awaiting us upon arrival. To top this amazing welcome off, we had an ice cold bucket of champagne and treats with a note from Marsha and her team also waiting for us! Hiring Marsha Steeves and co. to help us plan our destination wedding (any honeymoon) was the best decision we ever made- I felt like so much more than just a client to her; she will forever be a dear friend to me now and someone I will hold close to my heart! "Marsha and her team looked after our destination wedding in Cabo San Lucas in April. Marsha and her staff were truly an absolute pleasure to work with.
Marsha really listened to what my husband and I wanted for our wedding and found the perfect hotel that suited our desires and was also an excellent price for our guests. Her team was so accommodating with all of our guests and their individual requests, and they really went beyond in every possible way. I had a constant line of communication with Marsha and I knew if I ever had a question or needed to talk to her about something, she was very accessible.
It is very clear that customer satisfaction is of the upmost importance to Marsha and her team. My husband and I flew down a few days before our guests - when I realized at 3 am that we had an error in my husbands name on the ticket Marsha was texting me back and advising me what to do. She met us at the airport extra early (5 am!!) to make sure everything got sorted. Additionally, she greeted all of our guests a few days later to see them off as well!
Although we had some unanticipated issues with management at the actual hotel on the day of our wedding that had absolutely nothing to do with Marsha and her team, she was quick at trying to resolve it once we returned home. Marsha worked hard and was persistent at getting us some sort of compensation for our troubles. I truly don't have a bad thing to say - very professional, very accommodating, excellent customer service and an all around amazing experience for us! I highly recommend using Marsha Steeves Destination Weddings if you are considering a destination wedding and want things to run smoothly! Keep up the great work Marsha + team! :)

Marsha helped me to co ordinate my dream wedding here in Nottinghamshire, England, where I now live. I found her to be caring and helpful with a strong attention to detail . My wedding took place in a historic Saxon church . We walked down the asile to a medley of the Canadian and British national anthems played on an enormous church organ . We had a large reception with thousand of ballons arranged in displays and arches . Our cake was a stunning 3 teer vanilla sponge with a white base and big vivid blue hydrangeas trailing down and around it . Was an absolutely delightful day. And everything ran very smoothly. I used Marsha Steeves to assist in my destination wedding planning. The service was attentive and things got done when they needed to be. I booked my trip well in advanced which helps with things that come unexpectedly during the whole process. I know only a few of my guests had some issues booking their trip due to miscommunication and minor errors. I had an issue with my passport and Marsha and Alleli made sure I had proper documents in place to get a new one. They did reassure me which for a bride makes a difference in all the chaos. I do feel however the bulk of the experience had to do with being down in my destination wedding spot. My planner Harumi Suzuki was amazing. She attended to ALL my needs during the week and I would have been a complete disaster had she not been there. I would strongly suggest getting the wedding planner to come down to the destination spot with you. I felt completely stress free during my week away and I enjoyed every moment of it. I recently had my wedding planned by a lady named Marsha Steeves who works for Destination Weddings in Vancouver. Marsha helps me arrange everything from selecting the destination, deciding on the most appropriate wedding package at the resort, the food, the decor, flights, rooms, and the list goes on and on. The best comment i can make aboutthis who process is that it was tress free. All I had to do was select the options she asked me about. I never though planning a wedding could be so enjoyable. When we got there, the resort she selected was amazing. The wedding venue was iut doors, ceremony in a gazeebo and reception in the sand on the beach. Everyone kept telling me afterwards what a beautiful wedding it was. Downsides? Probably that we went at a very hot time and it was a bit too hot in my dress but not something she had any control over. I highly recommend this business for any soecial occassion! :) More...

We got married this past January at the Moon Palace in Mexico. Working with Marsha and her team made the process a lot easier. They were very helpful coordinating all the flights and bookings directly with our guests, which allowed us to relax and not stress about the travel plans and resort reservations. They helped put us in touch with outside vendors because we wanted more than just the basic packages that the resort offered. It was certainly helpful to have someone local to call and e-mail (constantly!) who knew the answers to most questions, and if they didn't know the answer they would find the answers for us. Most e-mails and quotes were provided in a timely and professional manner. Having a destination wedding is a much different planning process because you only become a priority at the resort about a month or so before arrival, especially if the resort you are getting married at does a ton of weddings every month. Although the initial meeting with the on-site wedding planner was a bit repetitive, I think it would have been overwhelming to arrive at the resort without having gone over all the details first with Marsha and her team. Overall, we had a good experience and found it helpful to not have to be in contact with the resort directly.
