The credit card payment is definitely not the only option for this company and I found them very flexible and helpful.I have been in my place for 5 years and no matter, how hard 2 people and one dog tried to keep the carpet clean, it was a time to have it done professionally. After shopping around and getting a few quotes, Maids in Blue won my vote, for being the most reasonable. Ray responded very quickly, he asked few questions about the task and I booked the appointment.Jerome arrived 10 minutes earlier and he cleaned approx. 1000sq. ft in 1.5 hour. I could not believe the difference and based on this experience I decided to get this cleaning done once a year and definitely by Maids in Blue. Great look and great smell in the whole house.Important advice: Do not try to clean persistent stains by yourself. I did and I used detergent, that had bleach inside and created forever spot, that nobody can fix. I hired Maids in Blue for a last minute move out cleaning when the company that I had initially hired failed to show up. I spoke to the owner Ray and he was able to accommodate my last minute request, to be honest I would've never heard of these guys if I wasn't in panic mode trying to find a cleaning company to do the cleaning for me as all my stuff had been moved out and the landlord was waiting for me to hand over the key. My experience with Maids in Blue was excellent, they're really personable, professional and courteous. Great customer service.  I requested a move in cleaning, maids in blue were able to accommodate on a very short notice when the other cleaning company bailed out on me on the day of my service despite having received several confirmations that they will make it to my apartment for the cleaning. Update: MIB recently switched me to a new cleaning crew.  The new crew is very reliable (no last-minute cancellations); and they've been doing a great job on the cleaning. I've been using Maids in Blue for a few months, on a regular bi-weekly schedule.  The cost is reasonable, staff are very friendly, and the cleaning has ranged from good to excellent.  The website scheduling is very convenient, and makes it easy to change the cleaning date when necessary.  I like the email reminders 'cause sometimes I forget.  :-)  A couple of times MIB has had to change my cleaning dates / times due to their own scheduling or staffing issues but I'm able to be flexible so this wasn't a problem for me.  And I've had good communication and excellent service from the owner as well as the supervisor who oversees the staff in my area. I needed cleaners in a pinch because I was moving into a new apartment and wanted it to be spotless. They came in the next day with 2 cleaners and did the job! They  even went over and above a little to get a little more done. I had been communicating with their switchboard person who wasn't very knowledgable and kept referring me to the website. Would have been nice to just communicate with the cleaners directly when I had questions instead of awkwardly have calls back and forth with their switchboard person. Also, they should be telling the customer directly what pricing is if we're already on the phone. They also promised to look into additional services for carpet cleaning but I never ended up hearing back. Overall I was satisfied with the cleaning service and would probably use it again if needed. I contacted Maids in Blue after my cleaning service and the owner, Ray, was prompt in his response.  He advised that they guarantee their service and offered a re-clean of our apartment, which was subsequently scheduled.  He also noted that our initial cleaners were new and were not fully aware of the standards of Maids in Blue and that he would send another team for the re-clean.I am satisfied with the re-clean and appreciate Ray's customer service in addressing the situation. This was our first time using a cleaning service and we needed our place cleaned in preparation to sell. The booking procedure online was very easy and we received confirmation right away. We then we're thrilled to receive an email explaining that we had selected move in/out as well as deep clean which were the same thing so they had changed our bill to just one. They also adjusted our bill for a yelp coupon we had purchased. The day if our service we received a phone call letting us know what time they would arrive. I have been a Maids in Blue customer for a couple of months now and have been very impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail they provide with each of my biweekly house cleaning services. I don't leave Yelp reviews very often, but I just had to share my opinion about Maids in Blue because I have had many poor experiences with other Calgary cleaning companies - breaking things in my home, leaving dirt behind, even stealing things from my home!
