I love their veggie chili! so good and filling. And my favorite soup is the carrot and ginger curry soup. I recommend going here for a quick yummy lunch!

I had their chicken caesar wrap with a side of fruit salad and it was the perfect healthy lunch! The wrap was fresh and filling. Just make sure you go early to try and beat the lunchtime rush! More...

I am always impressed with the food and service from Lunch. I have ordered catering services for board meetings, take-out sandwiches and salads for picnics, and picked up pre-made packaged meals for myself from the store fridge. Top of my list would be the Asian Noodle Salad - always a hit! Whenever I call for catering I am always greeted pleasantly and often offered advice as to what  would work best for my needs. The catering always comes with eco-friendly plates, napkins, and cutlery, as well as serving tongs - this was particularly useful on the day we decided to have a picnic! Lunch is a go-to option for business-casual lunches, or a quick healthy snack on the road. Well done Lunch, keep up the good work! More...

Sandwiches are good with interesting flavors. The potatoe salad has lots of fresh dill flavour and the Asian noddle salad is also light and delish.

Tasty and healthy choices. Sandwiches and other items to eat in adjacent food court or to go.

I dropped into Lunch to see what lunch options they had since i work just up the street and it's hard to find healthy gluten free quick lunch.  This place has a good variety which includes sandwiches (not gf), salads,  salad rolls and soups. I've been on a dairy free low carb diet for a couple weeks so I decided to try the tomato herb soup which is vegan ands gluten free.  The soup is surprisingly creamy which i have no clue why (maybe coconut milk? ) and really delicious.  I love tomato soup and this one is probably the best I've had at a restaurant. I will be back here just for the soup.  Some items are pricey which is common downtown but the soup and a couple other items are ok. So I'm giving it 4 stars because price are a little high and i wish they had a little more gluten free options. More...

Tried the Avocado Sandwich and the Spinach soup.  The sandwich  was beautiful.  The fresh multigrain break made it and then some sort of pesto type sauce topped if off.  Soup was delicious as well, with a wonderful smokey flavor (probably from the smoked meat).Delicious!Would I recommend:  yesWould I return:  Yes - that sandwich is to die for.  :-) More...

Good selection, fresh food. Hot wraps (only one vegetarian wrap though). Good coffee. My favourite things at Lunch:- Smoked trout bagel ($7)- Lunch box (cheese cracker, fruits & veggies)- Hummus and pita - Vegetarian chili- Portobello and goat cheese wrap- Breakfast wrap (available in full and half portions) - Awesome potato saladThe muffins are good but are sometimes too nutmeg-y. It would be nice to see more vegetarian wraps; I don't order the mushroom one anymore -- not because it's not good (it is!) but because I am tired of it.Also, there are a few locations (I go to the one in the food court at 240 Sparks). Recently opened as a prep kitchen for the storefront on Bank Street, this is a nice addition to Centretown/Chinatown.  Daily offerings include an often-changing soup, sandwiches and salads.  Canned/bottled drinks available. In the summer, you can sit outside on a picnic table but in winter, you'll need to carry out.Hint: ask for croutons with your soup, you get a bag of yummy thick pieces of their bread, toasted and seasoned.
