Our online personal training starts with a free 20-minute consultation through Google Hangouts or Skype. We will walk through your goals, lifestyle, motivators, likes, and dislikes in order to understand what will work for you. We then test where you are at currently by coaching you through a few simple movements.

Following the consultation, we build out a program that includes your weekly workouts and motivations that work best for you so that you can stay on track.

Stick to it. It's okay to have an off day, but don't let that discourage you! We believe in balance - and slow, sustainable progress.

Helping people feel great about themselves, and seeing them begin to share the same enthusiasm for fitness as me!

I want to provide women a space to explore and get curious about fitness, and to feel empowered to start.

My philosophies are simple - people have it in them to get fit, they just need the right tools to do so. I make sure I understand what people are missing (motivation, confidence, knowledge) and I work to provide that for them. I also believe in balance - fitness should work with your lifestyle, not the other way around.
