KEV Performance is a performance training service that services both athletes and the general population. KEV Performance's main focus is on enhancing your body's performance for sport and life. My job is to help others live their best life without the worry of injuries, aches and pains, or limitations while feeling stronger, more athletic and more energetic.

I design detailed exercise programs that are specific to my client's needs and goals. I keep them accountable and consistent by always showing up to our scheduled sessions on time and having the flexibility to reschedule if the client would not be able to workout on our regular time slot, so they could still get their workouts in on a consistent basis throughout the week. Also I keep track of my client's nutritional habits so I could help make them make the necessary changes to get them closer to their goals.

Consistency is the biggest factor to me. Whether it's being consistent in getting your workouts in for the week or being consistent in terms of good nutritional habits, just being able to be as consistent as possible is key.

Fitness has been my passion my entire life, and I want to help people find their passion in fitness and living a healthy lifestyle. I love seeing and helping people strive to get better and achieve their goals.

I have a degree in Kinesiology, I'm certified as a strength and conditioning coach and have over 2 years of experience as a personal trainer. As a trainer I will be there to hold you accountable and motivate you to reach your fitness goals. I have worked with a variety of people of different ages ranging from kids and teens to adults over 70. I have a versatile training style meaning that if you want to improve your overall health (weight loss, muscle building, etc) or you want to improve your athletic performance (my specialty) I will help guide you to success.
