Before working with Hedi, my idea of a personal training session was one in which the client limped away, sweating and crying. As such, I avoided it like the plague. I'm glad I got over myself and took the plunge. Each session is tailored to me, focusing on strengthening muscles I didn't know existed, stretching, and more. I’ve been training with Hedi for a year now. I have attended both her personal training sessions and group classes. She is incredibly knowledgeable and she goes over and beyond to tailor your workout based on your body type and weaknesses in order for you to see the best result. my left hip is slightly tilted and I’ve seen an incredible improvement in my posture since training with Hedi. Hedi has been the perfect solution to getting me back into exercise. I had not exercised for many years and was suffering from a painful left shoulder and lower back following a car accident. In short JUMP Wellness has changed my life. It took me a year of knowing Hedi to trust my body with her. I have been working with Hedi at JUMP Wellness for about three months now. Her seemingly small and continuous adjustments as we train show a deep knowledge and care in her craft. Hedi’s assessments are spot on and she has an ability to zero in on the issue(s) for each activity as she focuses to find the issue. She then relays to you what movements and muscles need to engage (or not engage) in a way that allows you to focus a connection between mind & body that makes sense and you remember. Hedi is a great personal trainer! She really cares about you getting healthier and pain free. I work out on my own regularly, but I had pain in some areas of my body that would not go away. Hedi was able to locate the source of my pain. She showed me a couple of specific exercises that I added to my workout. And I feel so much better now. I have been working with Hedi for three months, and in that time I've noticed a huge improvement in my core strength. Being a trainer myself, I have always hesitated hiring someone to help me because I'm quite particular But Hedi's knowledge around posture, alignment, and the human body in general is extensive and I knew I would be in good hands with her. Hedi is my favourite movement coach for many reasons. She has a brilliant mind and has vast knowledge when it comes to people who have had injuries. I know this because I’m one of those people. I’ve had chondromalacia patella, and three bulging discs and Hedi made the process super pleasant for me and pain-free. Hedi is a great coach. She is very knowledgeable and knows the areas of strengths and weaknesses of each body type. I started with a lower back injury and she knew exactly which areas I needed to work on to both gain strength and prevent injury. I could see the progress after only 8 sessions! I highly recommend JUMP Wellness Coaching. I started working with Hedi to force myself to workout. I've never been a fan of workouts but Hedi made them manageable and fun. I went from dreading our sessions to looking forward to them. Working with Hedi also helped me with my lower back and neck problem. My experience with JUMP Wellness Coaching has been awesome. If you’re in need of a personal trainer, they don’t get any better than Hedi. She definitely puts the personal in personal training. She makes it her mission to understand everything about you, so she can tailor a fitness regiment that’s unique to you. I highly recommend Hedie. With her extensive knowledge of fitness, she has pushed me closer to my goals. I like her mix of training, each week is different and challenging.
