No matter what part of your fitness journey you're at, I highly recommend this gym! Every single person that works there from the trainers to the front desk staff are so awesome. Everyone is nice and helpful. Classes are great to motivate you and give you something to do if you're unsure! The instructors are all amazing! Hot punch is my favourite and Johnny is the best, he is like a gentle giant. :) big gym, lots of room and nice equipment. Super clean. Only 30 mins but a great workout and so much variety! I decided to join the 6 week program here and I had Eden guide me through my challenge! He was super awesome and helped me get the results I was looking for . I liked the fact that we had an ap on the phone and I could ask as many questions when ever I needed! Even though I hit my goals and my trip was over, I decided to continue my workouts here because when I leave .. I feel fresh / strong / healthy and full of energy to spend with my children !! I completed the 6 week challenge and by the end of the 6 weeks I lost 11.2lbs of body fat!! Eden was my coach and really helped me balance my meals and make the most out of the 6 weeks. The classes are amazing because they are intense but only 30 mins so by the time you feel like giving up, it’s almost over. Makes it more manageable to keep it up. I’ve done way more than I ever thought I could. I would give them 5 stars and highly recommend to anyone needing support with their weight loss/journey back to health. i came to do the 6 week challenge with some pretty low self esteem. They provided me with a nutrition plan I could follow, an accountability coach who kept track of me, classes with highly motivating coaches and some beautiful supportive members. Great Bootcamp! I would recommend this facility to all walks of fitness levels. Whether you are a beginner and needing to get in shape this place will provide results. I would consider myself on the fitter end of spectrum and the workouts push me to my limits. My favorite classes are lean and fit and hot punch. Hands down best classes I’ve tried to date! I started coming as a part of the 6 week challenge. I really didn't think I'd see the results I saw in this short period of time. I was able to lose 4% body fat, but also maintain all of my lean muscle mass. Eden, my accountability coach, was very kind and helpful. They really know what they're doing, and if you just do what they tell you, you'll see results! The classes are so fun! I loved the Lean + Fit classes and also enjoyed Hot Punch! If you want to get pushed hard, go to Josh's classes! He will kill you (in a good way). If you want to work hard to some good tunes, go to Jen's classes! I didn’t know what to expect when I first signed up for the 21 day challenge. But is was amazing! Everyone is supportive, helpful, encouraging, knowledgeable and motivating. I can't say enough good things about John Savidis Lean and Fit Elite. The entire staff is amazing...more supportive than you can imagine. The program works. I didn't sign up to lose weight ( but they definitely can help with that as well), I went to tone and strengthen. I've noticed a huge difference in my muscle tone, endurance, the amount of weight I can lift and overall health. I joined the 21 day challange Nov 11th and was very nervous walking into the doors. I wasn't sure what to expect. Over the past 21 days my confidence walking into those doors has changed 100%. The exercise and diets I've tried on my own before, have had little success. I'm very impressed with the program and especially the staff. They helped me correct my form during the classes, and pushed me harder than if I worked out alone. I joined the 21 day challenge for two reasons; short term goal of getting in better shape before attending a beach destination wedding and long term goal of having a kickstart to getting back on track with eating healthy and regular exercise (which I had gotten away from in the last year). Your program is fantastic!! I especially love the Lean and Fit classes. Your staff are all ridiculously friendly and approachable. For the first few weeks I was absolutely terrified every single time I set foot inside the door and I was greeted with a big smile, loads of encouragement, and just really bright and positive attitudes. I couldn't ask for a better support system! I also enjoyed the Tread and Shred class, but truth be told, I prefer Lean and Fit... There's something about having my own little group of 4 running around and suffering along with me �

Added bonus - I'm a morning exerciser and your classes are WAY better than any cup of coffee!! I'm awake, energized, and bubbling over by the time I get to work... My strength is improving steadily, my weight is reducing steadily (averaging 2 pounds per week), and my mobility has increased 10 fold...

I would highly recommend your program to anyone who is ready to make a change in their life!

I am currently in the 21 Day Challenge and OMG I love it! Mia Savidas is an amazing fitness instructor, she doesn't give you a chance to slack off(love it)!!! The other fitness instructors are awesome as well! They are always helping everyone out, if your doing something incorrectly they help you and show you the correct way! Everything is state-of-the-art, if I could give it 6 stars I would. John, Mia and their team are wonderful, motivating and funny! Gorgeous facility. Other than a miserable attempt 10 years ago when I signed up to a low-impact fitness program (and quit a month later), I had never worked out before and I still can’t believe I am entering the new year with fitness goals instead of weight loss goals. Everyone is so helpful and honest! Before I tried the 21 day challenge i felt like there was no beginning. I joined because my friend had told me that I needed to try it, i was hesitant but thought if John's team cant help then no one can. I have learned so much in just 21 days both emotionally and physically. I have met great and became friends with some great girls and we helped motivate each other through each workout and the support i was lacking i found. The challenge was difficult to get the eating down, eating 6 times a days was hard to get in but with the support of the team and Mia kicking me into gear it went off and i felt so much better and stronger. Now seeing the results I feel stronger and like I can be a role model for my teen daughter and feel sexy for my wife. If i had to tell a friend about my experience i would tell them, if you are feeling like you are there is nothing left you can do your wrong. Working with the staff and members will change your life, staff with tell you like it is no excuses and the members will help motivate and keep you motivated. You will not regret taking advantage of the next challenge!!!

It was one evening when Facebook kindly suggested a post from John Savidis’ Lean & Fit Elite. Seemed simple enough. So, I filled out a form about what my fitness goals were and what I hoped to achieve. I only hoped to be healthier. I felt setting any other goals might be putting too much pressure on myself and I'd end up failing. It wasn’t until that first meeting with Dawit, that I slowly began to realize what might be possible. This was someone whom I had only spent a short time with, who assessed my somewhat limited abilities, but yet still had faith that I could, with a good deal of work and dedication on my part, most assuredly lose a minimum of 40 lbs by Christmas. I agreed, but still was doubtful in what I was capable of doing. Before leaving, I had signed up for my first Lean & Fit class for the next morning at 6 am. Walking in that first morning, I was a terrified. At this point, my comfort zone was no where in sight. Somehow, I made it through that first class (and many since then) with the support and encouragement of the trainers and other members. This was unlike anything I had experienced before, and something that still has me in awe. Even now, when I want to give up, when I don’t think I could possibly take another step, I’m assured I can. Sometimes it’s an inner voice telling me ‘just one more’, but often it’s a member of the Lean & Fit family. I’m 8 weeks into my journey, have lost 24 lbs of fat and gained 8 lbs of muscle. Down a dress size and feeling more hopeful for my new way of life. Thank you to everyone (especially Dawit and Jake) for being an integral part of this ongoing journey of mine. More...

5 stars, without a doubt! In Sept. 2018, I completed a Six Week Challenge that was a success in so many ways. My body responded quickly to the dietary changes that my new custom nutrition plan dictated and the 3 30 minute power packed, sweat inducing, heart pounding, muscle fatiguing classes that I attended each week. The various classes are dynamite!! The team members directed involved in the Challenge were a tremendous resource and were extremely supportive and encouraging. I learned so much from the team's instructors and John and Mia. The JSLFE Team is knowledgeable, professional, and happily willing to coach/help those of us who are new to the world of fitness, lean muscle and workouts. I find JSLFE's blog, emails and fb page provide sound information and helpful advise. The 6 Week Challenge helped me kick start my fitness and healthier lifestyle in a sensible and sustainable way ~ with confidence, wonderful new muscles and a whole lot less fat. I joined the 6 week challenge and it was a great experience!! I was a little hesitant as you have to put a fair bit of money down with a guarantee of it back ONLY if you meet your goal. I have been carrying excess weight for 10 plus years so I knew it would be a lot of work to lose it. My numbers weren’t changing as quickly as I was wanting so I spoke with my accountability coach and we modified my diet and I ended up losing weight quicker my last two weeks. Having put that money in was a huge incentive to work hard and stick to the diet. And the six weeks was a great time frame to get into healthier habits. The classes are great and the trainers push you hard. I have 4 young kids, and work full time outside the home, between owning a company with my husband and working part time as a nurse (with various day/night shifts). There are classes running throughout the day 7 days a week so I was able to find classes that fit my schedule. If you’re looking for a push with your workouts I would definitely recommend the classes here. At the end of it I met my goal and lost 6% body fat. This is a great facility. I used to frequent the gym when it was on Upper Gage and I loved it. After our third kid was born I had to stop going because I simply did not have enough time. Now, more than 5 years later, I've finally walked through the doors of the new facility in Ancaster. It is very modern and high tech. The treadmills are very cool, and the lean and fit class still completely kicks the crap out of you in only 30 minutes! I've been able to work with your Physio team to resolve some lingering shoulder and knee pain, and see a steady improvement in strength and cardio. A no nonsense approach to fitness and health. You want to look and feel good you have to work for it. Eat healthy and work your butt off literally. At Savidis they tell it like it is, there are no gimmicks or lose weight "quick" promises. You get what you put in. The facilities are new and with updated equipment, clean and ample parking space. They show you how to use it and will correct you if your using it wrong. All staff ask prior to work if you need modified excercises and to see them ,also it is your responsibility to see a physician prior to joining if you have "aches, pains or injuries" to see if this gym is right for you. I'm in the 21 day program and just had my first class and it was awesome! Very motivational and encouraging. Plenty of knowledgeable staff on hand to ensure you are doing exercise properly. I have had nothing but a positive experience from my time at John Savidis' Lean & Fit! I signed up for the 21-day Shred & Tread on a recommendation from a friend who had completed the 21-day Lean & Fit and I'm so glad that I did! I remember seeing John on CHCH Morning News and knowing that was "the guy that ran that gym that my friend is trying out". I remember how surprised I was at the results my friend obtained after just three weeks and for only $1, how could I not try! This was an instance where you will see transformations in people and think "yeah, but I don't know them... how do I know it really happened?" Well, seeing someone you know show up on your invitation with their before-and-after transformation... the results were right there in front of you. I've never had a problem losing weight if I needed to, my big problem was that once I hit "goal weight" I would slip back into old habits and mindsets. This is what I needed to change. This experience is so much more than just a gym or a workout... it's a complete overhaul of body, mind and attitude! I learned more about nutrition and how to eat smartly while still feeling full.... I was seriously worried that the prescribed journal wasn't going to be enough! But it was... and more. I was never hungry or lacking in energy. If you stick with it, the results are there! As well, the mindset of trying something new, pushing yourself further than you thought you could go... it is all about positivity with the staff and fellow members. They are all there for the same reason as you... to get better at life! I never felt intimidated or singled out. Sure the trainers get "in your face" but they are just pushing you to improve yourself... and they do it in a 'you got this' way that doesn't make you feel inferior. First of all the 21 day Tread and Shred was the game changer I needed in my life! I'd like to sincerely thank John and his team for this amazing opportunity! Not only do I now know how to properly fuel my body, but I now know how to keep my body in FAT BURNING zone!!! This eating program leaves me feeling satisfied, having more energy and craving free! The best part is that this is not a 'diet' but a lifestyle! Understanding the balance of "what to eat, when to eat and how much to eat" really is the KEY, certainly not just a catchy slogan! My results at the end of the 21 days truly blew my mind! On top of this, getting to do the Tread and Shred classes was the icing on the cake! In December I was laid off from my job and began looking into joining the Canadian Forces. After doing some research on what to expect in that career I realized that my lifestyle and physical self was nowhere close to the standard I needed to be at. Also with drinking a lot of sugar packed soft drinks and the lack of water consumption I was borderline diabetic. I told myself I need to make a big change now but didn’t know where to start. It was at that moment, John Savidis appeared on TV talking about his Lean and Fit program and how he was offering it with confidence at a dollar for 21 days. I took it as a sign that this was it, the jumpstart that I need. I put myself completely out there and followed the nutrition plan that was given to me as part of the program, showed up to class and worked as hard as I could. I felt that I had nothing to lose, but everything to gain, no pun intended. At the end of 21 days I have lost 16 pounds of fat, gained 6 pounds of muscle and lost 2 inches in my waist. Those were just the physical changes. My outlook has changed completely about being and eating healthy. I feel more energetic now, my joints that gave me pain no longer ache, and I’m no longer at risk for diabetes. I look forward to continuing working hard at John Savidis’ Lean and Fit as I now have the confidence as well as the support to become a part of the Canadian Forces. When I started John's L & F program I was 301 lbs. Following his intense 10-week dynamic program I weighed in at 263 lbs and my body fat was reduced from 62% to 27%. This was back in the spring, early summer of 2011. It is 2015, and I weigh 268 lbs. I'm a week into cutting out all pop, and approx. 99% of all sugar and sugar supplements.
