I joined Jennafit after a friend told me about the amazing program that she runs. After being in a car accident and suffering from chronic pain, I was sceptical and scared to get back into exercising, worrying that it would only make my pain worse. After signing up through her new client deal (amazing deal, by the way) and going to the first week of classes, I was hooked! I told jenna about my concerns and she made them her own and really looked after me throughout my workouts. I also really enjoy that the class is for women of all ages and that we are all at different stages of reaching our goals and everyone motivates each other. I never feel like I should be ashamed or embarrassed about what I look like, like I would in some gyms.

Not only are her classes challenging, jenna motivates you every step of the way and makes exercising something that I look forward to in my week. There was a point throughout my fitness journey that I had to stop attending classes due to a crazy work schedule, and jenna motivated me and supported me through that even though I wasn't attending bootcamp. This was something that really stood out for me. She didn't just give up on me because I stopped attending classes. When I signed up for the classes through the new client deal, I thought that I would just do those and then be done with jennafit, but I started to see results and really started to feel great, and now I have signed up for loads more! I can't get enough of this bootcamp. It's what I look forward to at the end of an exhausting work day.

Meeting Jenna was definitely a blessing! I always felt intimidated by trainers, classes, or the gym in general due to my fitness ability and also being the furtherest away from fit. Spending 5 minutes with Jenna diminished my fears of all that. She spent time with me going over my goals and what I could do to make my first steps. The workouts she provides are fun and challenging. Jenna always has modifications to exercises for any injuries or when it may be too hard for someone at the beginner level, and also shows how to take the exercise to the next level. She takes her time to show everyone how to complete the exercises properly and watches and corrects people throughout the whole workout. Jenna really gets to know her clients and knows what they are capable of and pushes them to do what they can do, no slacking off! I'm 4 months shy of attending Jenna's bootcamp classes approx. twice a week and I'm seeing amazing results: inches off, weight off, gaining muscle, feeling stronger, more energetic, healthier and happier! Jenna is a constant support throughout my journey and always answers all my questions. Without Jenna, I really don't think I would be at the point I am now and still as determined as I was when I started. Jenna is very knowledgeable about nutrition and fitness which is super important when needing help reaching your goals but more importantly Jenna truly cares! I am a Naturopathic Doctor in Oakville, and have a number of patients who are loyal to Jenna's classes - they absolutely love the encouraging atmosphere, the style of training and most of all the results. Can’t say enough nice things about Jenna. I started her bootcamps last year and have lost over 13 inches and feel so much stronger than when I started. She is a true encourager, always pushing you to lift a little heavier or do just one more rep. I’ve always been really nervous about bootcamps and taking those dreaded “measurements”, but Jenna makes you feel so comfortable and supported. I've been attending Jenna's boot camp for the past two months and am already seeing results in that time. Jenna has made me feel stronger and healthier. Jenna is passionate about fitness and it shows through her energy and enthusiasm she brings to every boot camp class. Her easy going, friendly personality creates a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere. She makes each workout challenging, creative and most importantly, fun! She also places a high value on correct form with each exercise. She motivates me to push past my perceived limits to get results. I now have more energy, my endurance has improved and I'm feeling much more confident in myself overall. I have been attending Jenna’s classes for more than a year now. I am lot stronger than before. I did not know I will be able to do more than 1 full push ups. Now, I can do 16 full push ups in less than a minute. She always encourage me to eat healthier as well to help with my goals. I love the classes because you’re only job is to be there and do the training that Jenna has prepared for you. She never fails to make sure you’re doing it correctly. The time just flies by and you know it’s always a great workout! The classes are always challenging and so much fun! I gained new friends as the girls are so friendly and we do encourage each other and it makes a big difference. We are a big family at the Burlington Fitness! Can't say enough great things about Jenna and her classes. I've always had anxiety about going to the gym and it would have me turn around and go home when I would pull into the parking lot. All of my anxieties disappeared as soon as I walked in to my first class with her and now I get excited to get up and go to her classes. She's always there to answer questions and help motivate me to work my hardest in the gym and after I leave. She's made me feel so comfortable and I'm feeling the best I've felt in a long time. This girl is something else! Recommend her to anyone! I have been doing her boot camps and one on one training and they are amazing. She is such a lovely lady to work with. She is so encouraging, motivational & so much more. She makes me want to get up at 7am for her classes & I am not a morning person! In 3 weeks with Jenna doing both the bootcamp and one on one training I have lost 14inches from my body and a few pounds. Hearing that from her was the greatest thing I have heard in a long time. I've been working out with Jenna -- both one-on-one and in her bootcamp classes -- for nearly two months, and I just have to say that she is awesome!! Jenna is warm and encouraging and supportive and makes you actually want to work out! I love how she uses creative exercises to get results, which helps keep things interesting and even fun. I love my trainer! Jenna is someone I've been seeing over 2 years, however in the past 8 months I've put the focus back on myself and in that time lost 55 pounds AND 31.5 inches!!! The beauty of it all - Jenna has been there with me through it all! The good and the bad! I haven't always been 100% focused. Did Jenna give up on me? NO! She was there encouraging me to come back. With my wedding coming up in September, I reached out to Jenna for help with my fitness goals to feel good about myself not only for the wedding, but in my everyday life as well. She is so sweet and professional, and on the same day that I contacted her I was already set up with a session that same week. After only three weeks of personal training once a week and attending the bootcamp classes, we took my measurements and I had lost 11 inches all over, and 5 of those inches had come off my waist. After those 3 weeks I have continued to feel myself getting stronger, and my clothes getting looser! Her bootcamp classes are always different and challenging, and she gives modifications if needed and corrects form throughout the class. Her training sessions are equally as varied and I always feel like I've got in a great workout. She also keeps an eye on nutrition, which is something I have always struggled with and definitely needed help in that regard. I signed up for Jenna's trial this summer thinking nothing could beat the fancy fitness studio I was enrolled at, but wanting to give it a try for the affordability. Within my first 8 classes I cancelled my membership at the studio in Burlington I was at. Jenna's classes are a perfect balance of cardio and strength training, leaving me with better results by targeting specific muscle groups each class instead of the random muscle grouping the fitness studio would throw at me. I never feel as if I "wasted" a workout pass as I did at the studio i.e. Realizing the class would be a full arm workout when I wished it was legs and wanting to bail once I saw the layout! Now I can choose to forgo arms or legs as I please week by week choosing between upper body; abs and legs; or full body. I never have to hope for the luck of the draw at a class. I would highly recommend trying a class and let how you feel after be your deciding factor :) More...

First great thing about this gym is the Location, its just off the highway in burlington its a 10 minute drive from oakville or hamilton. The second great thing is the hours, if you don't have the standard 9-5 like me, there is a multi classes that you can attend any day. The Trainers are friendly, they are serious about form, they know how important stretching is after a workout. There are a variety of workouts from small group training, to boxing, to kettle bells and more!Also the people that attend the gym are really nice, they are helpful and there to get results.Its hard to step out of your comfort zone, and learn a new skill, like boxing but here you can feel accepted, challenge yourself and improve! Jenna is one of the best experiences I've had in a long time. She's intensely motivational and the kind of trainer who makes you feel comfortable no matter what stage you're at in your journey. She worked with me and designed workouts that not only catered to my knee injury but catered to the activities I love doing and the goals im pursuing. If you're looking for a genuine human being who cares about the people she helps and pushes them to be their best selves then you've found her. She's very passionate about what she does and it's obvious that she genuinely cares about her clients. As a person who has struggled with weight and fitness it can be a challenge to find someone who makes you that comfortable while whipping you into shape. I have been participating in Jenna's Boot Camps for over 2 years! I continue to go because of her constant encouragement and positive attitude. The workouts are always varied and target different areas (legs, arms, full body) so it is never boring. She always explains the circuit and makes sure that everyone is working out safely and correctly. There are always modifications for participants with various injuries. The ladies in the group are all friendly and welcoming to newcomers. It is a great way to spend 45 minutes and get great results in a fun and positive environment!
