Replacing a roof is one the biggest expenses we've made, and we were nervous about making the right decision. We were getting weary from the lack of customer service from other companies when contacting for quotes for a roof. I contacted four roofing companies about getting my shingles replaced. I was pleased that Jason came by my home personally and sent me a quote that evening. The price was about mid-range of the four quotes I'd received and I felt it was good value. It was late in the season but JN Roofing was able to do the job in early December. After the recent warm spell and wet weather, my roof had some serious leaking issues. I called a few companies most of which didn't return calls or work in the winter months. The owner (Jason) of JN Roofing promptly responded to my request for an estimate and attended my residence the very next day. Jason took the time to explain the roofing process and diagnose the problems I was having with the aging shingles on my house. I decided to go with JN Roofing to do the job and because of the leaking issues I was having, Jason made it a priority to get my roof done ASAP. I'm a local realtor in Barrie. I had an emergency come up with a property my buyers had put an offer in. The entire roof needed replacing, all the plywood was moldy. We live in the Orillia area and needed our home re-shingled. We had several companies provide a quote. When Jason arrived he was extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He estimated what other businesses would be quoting us, within dollars. His quote was extremely competitive, but his professionalism and caring approach won us over. Everything from our initial contact, to job completion was done exactly has he promised. The crew started at 7am and never stopped until everything was complete. Not only does the roof look incredible, the grounds around the house were left in perfect condition. They tarp around the house prior to work and after completing the job and removing the tarps, they sweep the yard for metal debris and leaf blow and sweep up any debris that is left. We have a large house and received very inconsistent quotes. Jason was professional, always responsive to our emails, and showed up when promised. His team worked on our large roof in one long day. It was such a relief to get a quality roof without having contractors over your head for weeks (like our neighbours). The next day we noticed a few minor things that needed to be touched up. A windstorm lifted a large patch of shingles off my roof and I reached out to 3 companies for quotes to get the repair done as quickly as possible. One company responded 24 hours later, one never responded, but Jason got back to me within the hour with all the info I needed so I hired him. His roofer, Matthew came as soon as the weather settled, was very polite and respectful and did a thorough repair of the roof and cleaned up afterwords. We had our roof replaced this past summer and this company did a fabulous job for a reasonable price. The guys showed up early and worked hard all day, we have a large roof with quite a few steep pitches but the entire job was done within a couple days, and the best part was not having to worry or clean up anything afterwards it was all looked after and comes with a gurantee. I had been putting off doing my roof, hoping to make it for another season. In mid November when I was cleaning my eaves I realized I had left the roof a little too long. In several areas of the roof I could clearly see the plywood through the shingles. With snow in the forecast I started to panic as I knew time was of the essence to get the roof redone. I did my homework looking for a roofing contactor that I felt could do a good job, had good pricing and one that was dependable that I could count on. JN Roofing was recommended to me and after meeting Jason I felt confident I had the right company for the job. They were able to squeeze my roof in before the end of the season, their pricing was very competitive, the workmanship was flawless and their timing was right on. The job was organized in a militant manner. The truck with the shingles showed up right on the schedule to delivery the shingles, as soon as he was done the dump box arrived and within minutes the old shingles were filling it. First of all, I am not one of those to write reviews, but I was so impressed, I felt like I needed to share my experience. We hired Jason & his team to install a new roofing system in May of 2017. They offered a competitive estimate, which was nice, but it was their professionalism/craftsmanship that really set them apart from the competition. We could have easily hired one of the many smaller companies that canvas neighbourhoods luring potential clients with a lower price, but we wanted quality & quality is what we received! Only a year after buying our house, we found out that the roof need to be changed. Having to replace a roof is no fun, but I did my reserach and had 5 companies who came to see the roof and provided a quote.

I want to give Kudos to Jason and his crew especially Matt (the team lead) for doing an AWESOME job in replacing the shingles on my home. Received several quotes from different roofing companies and it was really tough finding a company that was HONEST and TRUTHFUL as Jason. Once you explain to these roofers that it's covered by the insurance company almost all of them will take advantage and mark up the cost by almost double! Jason is one of a kind - it didn't matter to him whether insurance was involved - cost was the same as if you were paying out of your own pocket. His say/do ratio is 100%. He was prompt in answering my questions, the team delivered on time, and the clean up was thorough - everything was covered and not a single nail or piece of shingle was found on the ground. One more reason I went with Jason is due to the Owens Corning shingles he uses. After doing my research, Owens Corning is by far the best one out there due to the patented SureNail technology. JN Roofing is the only company that I found who is a certified installer of Owens Corning. I was thoroughly impressed with Jason and his team at JN roofing. I had Jason over to give me a quote to get my parents roof re-shingled. After many no-shows or late arrivals from other roofing companies, it was very refreshing to have Jason arrive at the time he said he would. He was very informative during the quote process and he explained everything in detail, from the product specs to the services that his crew would provide if we were to go with them. It was quite apparent in talking with Jason that he takes pride in his work and his company. The decision to go with JN roofing was really an easy one to make after having that initial discussion. The JN roofing crew showed up to do the job on the day and time that Jason promised. The crew, much like Jason, obviously take pride in their work. We decided to have J N Roofing redo our roof when we saw how professional his crew was doing our neighbors roof . They took extra care with the landscape putting tarps over and boards to protect vines and trees . When I called to inquire the owner Jason was polite and courteous gave me an excellent quote explained the workmanship of his product and when his crew would arrive . After telling my neighbor attached he too decided to have his roof done as well and the neighbor on the other side on wanted his as well . The crew arrived around 8:am and immediately started their work . With three houses to do man that was something to watch . First came the tarps and boards to protect our landscaping , up went the ladders and away the crew went to work . I have had two flat roofs on two different properties completed by JN ROOFING during the past 3 months. In both cases the workmanship, attention to detail, cleanup, and organization were thoroughly professional. The second property is a complex case over a wrap around porch, with a hexagonal roof and odd slope lines. Some of the metal flashing did not fully adhere, and water was pooling. To rectify the situation properly JN ROOFING removed the entire roof and replaced it at no extra charge. I could not be happier with the end result.
