I have to say Stephen is an absolute torture!
Not only does he take an interest in your nutrition, but he is the first trainer I have come across that helps you work on your mobility first before throwing the kettlebells at ya!

After missing out on training almost all of last year with a fairly severe back injury, Stephen was recommended to me as a good coach for rehab.With his expert knowledge of how the body works and his keen eye for assessing and correcting posture, breathing, movement, etc, I have progressed really well and am now confident that my chronic back pain can be managed better through proper exercise and strength training than by medical pain relief. In 6 months I've gone from having difficulty with everyday things like getting out of bed or putting on socks to completing a half ironman (albeit a slow one!) and being able to train again the following week! I believe his coaching advice and methods are excellent and would highly recommend Stephen & Ironcast fitness. More...
