—I started with Shauna since January 1st and love it! The weekly sessions are awesome as you continue to be motivated and you are accountable to someone every week. Everyone at Infinity is very knowledgeable about food and nutrition and willing to take the time to teach it to me. I love that the meal plan is based on real food available at any grocery store and they always have great suggestions for recipes! They are just a text or email away even for questions while you are grocery shopping. The weekly workouts are new, challenging and increasing in difficulty as you improve. It was time for me to invest in myself and get healthy and Infinity has been everything I need. More...

I have been with Justin for 6 weeks and I couldn’t be happier with the results I have seen! I am down 21lbs and 14.5 inches! The meal plan is easy and has some flexibility and doesn’t leave me feeling deprived. I sustained an injury early on and Justin had no issues totally modifying my exercise plan to accommodate the injury. I’ve been with Shauna for a few months now and it has been great. Shauna’s meal plan is easy to implement and she has some great recipes. I appreciate the encouragement and accountability I get in our weekly sessions along with the challenging workout. Shauna has helped me get the most out of my time at the gym. I have knee issues, and she has given me some good alternate exercises to do that are easier on the joints but still effective.

Shauna and her team are amazing an very encouraging. Her boot camps are fun and full of life and she creates a safe space for all those who participates. They would modify activities for you based on you current abilities and limitations which is so very muchly appreciated. Their programs are not one size fits all.
