Ideal Food Equipment

We purchased a soft serve machine from Ideal Food Equipment, it arrived as stated , open the crate and set the machine up, after about 20 minutes it stopped working, called Bill and he said to get it checked out, having done that it was found to have a defected cooling fan, they shipped a new fan right away, having that fixed we found that the machine was making load noise. Bill asked if we could ship it back, so my wife took it in and they found it had a defected shaft, they promptly replace the whole machine with a new one. My wife said they were very nice and sorry for the problem. Can't say a bad word about our dealing with Bill and his company. ****************** More...
