These guys were quick to respond, and honest in their assesments. From the quote to the actual final work done, they were clear about what they could and couldn't do in a reasonable timeframe and were very helpful in helping me understand what needed to be done for the deck. We had them replace the bottom step of our deck and sand/restain the deck and railings afterwards. The job was to complete painting of all walls on the main floor, ceilings, trim and window casings, the stairway and upstairs hallway, and staining of door frames that had recently been replaced.
