I believe in taking a holistic approach to health and wellness that includes the mind, body, and spirit. I am on an amazing journey of empowering people to move more efficiently and effectively, without pain, and to gain a greater self-awareness that leads to success in all areas of their life. I strive to offer health resources and education to assist clients to live an active, long, healthy life.

I love inspiring and educating people to see their own greatness and watch the transformations. There's nothing like helping others to find their own power to make positive change with great mindsets and good habits.

After having my second child I went back to the gym and I felt so weak and a little intimidated, despite being a fitness professional and knowing what to do to get back into a fitness routine. I thought about how many women feel intimidated and don't know where to begin? Wouldn't it be great if they could learn how to safely lift weights and begin an exercise program in the privacy of their own home? My business has now expanded to training both men and women in-home and in a private gym in South Surrey, as well as teaching Somatic Movement Education Classes online.

As a Clinical Exercise Physiologist, Kinesiologist and Certified Essential Somatics Movement Teacher, I am passionate about promoting healthy lifestyles and enjoy working with clients who have tried everything and cannot get relief or healing, or are actively seeking ways to empower themselves through education and application in the areas of mindset, movement, exercise, and nutrition. I take a holistic health approach to fitness, and provide creative and exciting client experiences.

I offer Somatic Movement Education workshops, classes, and private sessions online.
I offer in-person Somatic Movement Education and Personal Training sessions outdoors or in the comfort of your own home.

I teach Somatics Workshops and Classes online! My students and clients can learn and grow in the comfort of their own home.

Classes are taught online via Zoom in a 10-week series of ten 60-minute sessions once a week.

You are taken through movement explorations assist you to gain voluntary control of tight muscles and muscle patterns to release, lengthen and completely relax. You will learn about how sensory motor amnesia shows up in your body and gain a greater self-awareness and movement freedom!

Cost: $160

These sessions are taught online or in-person.

Online: $60 (60 min session)
