Tanya Holme can really iron out the kinks in your muscles - after my session I can walk normally with minimum pain for the first time in a long while. I have arthritic hips (waiting for replacement op) and Ankylosing Spondylitis (stiffening and pains of the spine and neck); today after my session with Tanya I made it up the stairs in my house without using the chairlift! Whenever my husband and I feel stressed and need to reduce our muscle tension and need to relax we go to Holmestead Massage for a great massage. The RMT massage therapists are very professional, knowledgeable and friendly and the rooms are very clean too. Tanya is very experienced and listens to you and applies the appropriate pressure on your muscle pains to relieve them. She is also very experienced in reflexology treatment. I am from out of town on business. I injured my shoulder and also was due for a massage. Â I found Holmstead Massage and went to see Tanya. I have experienced massages for many years and I can honestly say, Tanya was one of the best RMTs I have been to. Â Starting with the heat on you back to the deep tissue massage to the final scalp massage, it was amazing. In the past, I have been to numerous massage therapists as I have chronic neck and back pain. No one one has compared to Tanya Holmes. She puts care into her work, and really does a fabulous job. I always leave feeling so much better. I moved further away from her and tried out a few other places, and never left feeling as satisfied; now I make the drive to see her every time.
