! The staff are so fun to work with, hard work, but laughter comes along with it all day! Great pay, benefits, great hours, Especially for those mommas that like to be home in the evenings, and on weekends! It's just Monday - Friday

I thought our house was very clean already, but after the service from Hire-a-Maid I was embarrassed about how different it looked. Great attention to detail throughout the house, from the baseboards to the dirt-catching tracks on the sliding closet doors. I also appreciate that the cleaners are staff people not contractors, and the service from the main office has been exemplary. A bit more than the cheapest deal you can find out there, and I think the price difference is worth it for the quality of work. More...

We have been customers of Hire a Maid since September 2017. Durning this time the team has been lead by Megan who has ensured that the excellent service has remained excellent. We have used other services in the past and have always found, that once we started using those companies, the quality would decline with time. The visits would become shorter and shorter. Not so with Hire a Maid. Each visit remains consistent in length and the work as good or better than the first service . This was our first time using Hire A Maid, and we were thoroughly impressed with the professionalism of the team (Maureen, Christine, and Irvana), and the superb quality of the end result.
We had not cleaned our home in quite a while, and the team did a great job in completing “a deep clean”. They came early, worked diligently, and above all were friendly.
We would not hesitate to recommend Hire A Maid for your housecleaning needs.

I am beyond satisfied with my cleaning service at Hire a Maid Durham. I was in a severe motor vehicle accident and these ladies have given me the ability to have pride in my home again.
They come every other week with a BIG smile on their faces and are delighted to see us and clean around us. The girls are more like friendly faces in our home and my son truly looks forward to them coming in the door every time. Aside from their warm and caring presence they are very meticulous and take pride in their work. Their attention to detail and small gestures - like changing the date on my calendar or writing birthday messages to my son do not go unnoticed. Megan and Jess were our original cleaners, my son adores them so much he wanted to invite them both to his birthday party! These girls truly deserve recognition for their dedication and hard work. and if you are lucky enough they will be your cleaning ladies too! Sadly Jess is no longer with them but even with a transition we welcomed Jacqui and Kelly who were equally devoted and hard working. I truly appreciate everything you ladies do for our family. I would easily give them a 10 star rating if it went that high! Thank you again for all your hard work!
