I was working in senior management in cybersecurity domain previously. With my various encounters within the physical security as well as cybersecurity world, multiple times have I felt that our country needs more women in leadership positions, especially in security domain.
With that in mind, I began my journey to lead an organization where i can add more value in mentoring women in security domain and giving my two cents towards women empowerment in Canada.
We at Harkav Security have women staff as well as clients focusing on women initiatives. Its a pleasure in serving them in everyday life. I am glad that every day we are one step closer to our goal.
One of the main functions a security guard has is to protect people and maintain safety. Often times, the watchful presence of a security guard is enough to deter criminals and prevent incidents. People are often grateful for the presence of a security guard, and helping them feel comfortable and safe can be rewarding.

Our pre-employment screening includes a thorough interview process and a complete background check. We offer an unparalleled classroom and field training program for our security officers which teaches proper procedures, province laws, how to use good judgment, communication skills, code of conduct, courtesy and much more. We also periodically evaluate our employees’ needs and offer a continuing plan of education and training for additional skills.

7. You’ll Never Pay Too Much
Instead of using a rigid, standard rate sheet, at Harkav Security, we evaluate the individual needs of each potential client prior to preparing an actual security proposal. We consider all of the variables, including the complexity of your needs, geographic location, your budget objectives, duration and volume of service, and more. Once we understand your individual needs, we will prepare a comprehensive proposal along with a proposed hourly bill rate for our services. And this evaluation service is absolutely free.

We follow local and provincial guidelines very strictly and all our staff is trained in safety and pandemic measures for self and our clients. Wherever possible, the management staff had worked from remote to ensure maximum safety. Our frontline staff is extra cautious whether at work or home or in-transit and we take safety and well being of our employees and clients very seriously. We have helped many clients in the need of the hour and served them during pandemic time in keeping their employees safe and secure. We replaced client employees with our trained frontline security guard to assist with COVID access control and ensuring government mandates to provide a secure workplace. We have donated voluntarily masks and gloves to many client sites. We have helped with quarantine facilities to help our clients follow the essential mandates.
