The cleaning crew did a phenomenal job, unfortunately when they cleaned my balcony they let the waste water run over the side of the balcony and angered my downstairs neighbor.

The customer service is very good. The team of two were thorough and did a great job. They were scheduled for maximum 5 hours after one of the team member had come to see the house in order to provide a qoute/time needed for the service but it took them 7.
5 hrs. This impacted my schedule for the rest of the day.
I would recommend the company but ensure they give you a more correct qoute/time if you have a busy schedule.
