Bob prepared a wonderful meal for our group of 11. Everyone agreed that it was one of our best meals ever in Stratford.
In Bob’s very competent hands we enjoyed a very relaxing meal between shows.

We recently had a 5 course birthday dinner for my 86 year old mother in law who was visiting with family from the UK. Not only did Bob provide suggestions and fine tune the menu to suit all of the guests he also provided me with wine suggestions for each course. When the night came he was more prepared than I could have imagined. Everything went smoothly, he listened to our service timeline and left our kitchen spotless. Every course was professionally presented and most importantly tasted great! Recently, we hosted a business party for 80 people. I asked Chef Bob to prepare some elegant hors d'ouvres for extra panache and spot-light. He gave us more than our money's worth - the guests were so pleased with his fresh and delicious offerings. We booked Chef Bob to do an intimate dinner for 6 this weekend and I can't say enough on how amazing it was.
From watching Chef Bob arrive, to his efficient assembly of everything was a sight to behold. Everything was delicious and we would not have changed a thing. The wine pairings were perfect. Grilled Beef Tenderloin.
Our 6 oz filet of beef tenderloin is sealed with our signature dry rub atop sunflower pesto fingerling potatoes, thyme infused field mushrooms, lemon Parmigiano Reggiano asparagus, red pepper coulis, red wine caper vinaigrette, and baby radish sprouts. Big, bold flavours makes this dish our favourite.

We create the perfect menu for our clients by listening to what they need. Based on budget, type of cuisine and guests in attendance we create custom menus for every client. Some of our greatest reviews have come from those who've simply said, "we want to be wowed!" Word of mouth has always been the foundation of our company so we take the time to make everything right, the first time.

What I love the most about being a chef is knowing what we did that day made a difference. Family celebrations, festive occasions and special events are times when everyone comes together around great company and great food. I aways feel a real sense of pride and accomplishment when I look back at how we contributed to a special memory in time for our clients.

I've always had an entrepreneurial/creative side to me and a desire to express myself. This is why I chose to train at the prestigious Stratford Chefs School back in 2004. Putting myself on a plate is a humbling experience. I'm always amazed at the reviews that come soon after. I'm probably my hardest critic which is why I'm always searching new ways to improve and build upon my skillset and flavour profiles in the kitchen. Running a successful catering company and being a dad of 5 is fun to me. I can't imagine doing anything else.

I chose to become a chef many years ago because I wanted to help others celebrate meaningful times in life. Food is often celebrated with timely events which is why I specifically chose catering. I'm passionate about enhancing life's memories though great food.
