I must admit after reading some of the reviews I was hesitant to bring my bike for a repair and tune-up at this shop. But Tim was not rude at all, in fact quite pleasant and Giant Vaudreuil did a great job fixing a repair that was poorly done somewhere else and checking over my folding bicycle last year. This year when I was having trouble with my bike I brought it by and Tim did not charge me for straightening it out. He gave me great advice and showed me what was going on. I felt supported and I had a great time chatting with him. I don't know why this shop gets bad reviews. I have never had a bad experience at Giant Vaudreuil and I recommend them highly. More...

I’m 47 years old and I never write reviews. But after reading some of the negative comments targeting Tim and his store, I felt compelled to make an exception. I’m probably one of the most demanding and annoying customers there is. Yet, in order to help me resolve my problems, Tim has always gone above and beyond of what a normal person would consider reasonable. He has never treated me with anything but the utmost respect! The same goes for all of his employees. So for all of you considering to visit his store, rest assured that you won’t experience anything short of an A1 service and when leaving, you'll have a big smile on your face. Merci beaucoup à Alex pour avoir pris le temps d'installer la membrane protectrice sur mon superbe Giant Lafree E+ 2 Vert, même si on etait samedi en après-midi et qu'il y a de l'achalandage et pour terminer un beau merci aussi à Brenda pour ses bons conseils pour l'achat des accessoires. I went to Buy a new bike. I really Like the brand i met with Tim and his service was excellent from start to finish. he took the time to explain all the details about the bikes I was looking at (very knowledgeable) he went above and beyond so that I was satisfied, even after the sale when I encountered a problem he was able to fix everything for me to make sure I was happy. It was great experience, good people, and great products recommend 100%. Personally being in Sales, service is important to me and I never write reviews but I was so satisfied with the service I felt the need to write a positive one. A1 guys keep up the good work. More...

Je suis entré à la boutique pour une crevaison et une mise au point, ils ont réparé le tout pour le lendemain. Après avoir fait du vélo dans la journée j'ai remarqué un petit pépin avec mon dérailleur, je suis retourné et ils ont cherché et trouvé un autre problème avec ma chaine et on tout recalibré, Tim et son technicien sont restés après la fermeture pour me permettre de repartir avec mon vélo et ils ne m'ont rien chargé pour la main d'oeuvre puisque j'avais fait la mise au point chez eux. I borrowed a demo bike for the weekend from this store. The staff is seriously educated on their products and the industry itself. They gave me many pointers that helped me accomplish a 130km ride in the defi pierre lavoie that allowed me to finish the race. Definately would recommend this store to anyone looking for a trustworthy and educated staff to take care of you and guide you through the sport of cycling.Thank you GIant VAudreuil for the great service.
