J'ai trouvé Carrie très professionnelle lors de la première visite de dépistage. Elle a pris le temps d'évaluer l'ensemble de ma physiologie et à dépister la source du problème et elle me l'a expliqué avec image à l'appui.
Ça faisait plus de vingt-cinq ans depuis ma visite dans un bureau de chiropracticien et j'ai été heureux de voir que Carrie n'a rien à voir avec les chiros qui m'avaient déçu dans le passé. J'ai confiance qu'elle saura m'aider et je regrette avoir attendu plusieurs mois avant de la rencontrer suite à ma blessure.

I said the same thing on Google, but it bears repeating wherever I can say it: Dr. Johnston is amazing and if you are having any issues with any part of your body, her office should be the first stop.
I have been a patient of Dr. Johnston since 2009 for various ailments and I do not think you could find a more dedicated, friendly, and determined practitioner than her. She is incredibly kind, and not only takes the time to diagnose an issue, but also to clearly explain, using visuals (models and textbooks), exactly what is causing your discomfort. She is incredibly kind and responsive, and does not undertake a course of action unless you are comfortable (i.e., adjustments).
The office atmosphere is great - it is light and airy. Office location is central with available parking behind the building and on street parking throughout the neighbourhood. Her Office Administrator, Anessa, cannot be beat. She is friendly, outgoing, and keeps the wait times very interesting through wonderful conversation. Also, the office's cancellation policy (one hour for chiropractic) is incredibly helpful for busy people who may need to cancel at the last minute.
Ultimately, you will not be disappointed and after your first visit, you will be on your way to feeling better - physically and mentally!
