She's great! Very much looks for long term goals instead of Just temporary short term goals. Teaches you the proper way to workout and how to breathe proper during the exercises as well! She connects with you regularly to see how things are going which I absolutely love!! More...

After 3 months online training with Steph, I feel confident that I am able to control my health. She was able to give me ideas and solutions without them seeming far fetched and overwhelming. Steph helped me find exercises that worked great for me and my old body! They weren't too intense but yet made me feel like I got a good workout! After completing a 3 month online training session with Steph I have to say I am very impressed. She has helped me to learn how to choose healthy foods that will give me the fuel I need to keep up with my busy family. The workouts that she gave me (and did with me) are easy to follow and provide that good burn! After a short time with Steph, 3 sessions to be precise, I learned that there is indeed a food and fitness connection. What I put into body plays as much of a role in feeling healthy as the activity that I try to add to every day. Steph encouraged me to drink 2 liters of water a day and I find that when I am well hydrated I feel better. Her enthusiasm for exercise is contagious and so is her positive attitude. Steph has encouraged me to carve out of my busy schedule time for exercise. I leave my sessions with her feeling better about my self as I move forward toward my goal of a healthier me. More...

I really loved working with Steph. Over the past few months I've learned that I don't have to go out to the gym or need a bunch of equipment to do a great work out. I can do a work out tailored to my personal body/health goals in the middle of my busy schedule right here at home. I am almost 5 months pregnant and still fitting into my regular clothes - jeans included which is amazing considering with my last 2 pregnancies my jeans stopped fitting me after the first month. The work outs are fun, tiring, but also doable. I've also learned that my perceptions of what was healthy eating was a bit off base - healthy carbs are ok!!! I have more energy now than I've had in the last 2 years. If you have any New Years resolutions of wanting to have a healthier body, I absolutely recommend talking to Steph about it. She will encourage you and support you so you reach your goal! More...

I really enjoyed the sessions with Steph. She really helped me identify the area's I needed to work on but also encouraged/led me to finding solutions. I like how she words it in just a way that you suggest what she wants you to do...as opposed to tells you what to do (if that makes sense?!?!). I really appreciated her encouragement and motivation at times when I just wanted to give up! I'm starting 2018 with a new confidence and goals for a healthier lifestyle because of you Steph!
