I am so glad I made the call and got Flavia and her team to help me get ready for Holiday company. Her staff was friendly and professional and asked what I needed instead of a standard dust, mop and bathrooms. I cannot believe how she took the time to do little extras that I am still discovering. I called Flavia on short notice to provide a quote for a complete home cleaning. She provided a detailed quote with a breakdown of everything that would be done so that I could provide it to my clients who were in Ontario at the time. My clients approved the quote and Flavia again on short notice stepped up and provided excellent service by fitting in my clients cleaning just before their moving truck was to arrive. Flavia's team was awesome in helping prepare our home for listing. Leona even helped with staging, and impressed our photographer with her ideas. We have them come in regularly, but they are very accommodating if we need a "extra" deep or spring cleaning, or if our schedule changes. We are normally not home when they come, but the last time I was at home, and they shared lots of cleaning tips that I will definitely remember! More...

My original rating was a two star, because this company was a no show no call for providing an on site quote. We waited at my empty apartment for over an hour. It was very frustrating as we are busy and in the middle of moving.

I have now modified my rating to a five star, because of how quickly and amazingly they handled my poor rating. Flavia immediately reached out and got the details of what happened, and her husband called to apologize for the mix up and offered some discounts, etc. They didn't deny anything, they accepted that there was a mix-up and apologized, and made a sincere effort to turn things around.
