I started training with Ryan in Nov 2018. Four months later I have lost 25 pounds and 4 inches off my waist. Ryan’s classes are tough but fun and always different. No two classes are the same which is great compared to those other gyms where every class is the same. Ryan is also one of the most energetic individuals I have ever met and keeps everyone motivated (even through burpees). Great spot with different options for different fitness levels. The classes are at convenient times and offer something for everyone from HIIT to Kickboxing.
I have never felt comfortable going to a gym, so the classes are a perfect combination of working out and getting motivated by your peers.

I have been training with Ryan at his classes since 2016 and have found no one that matches his energy and passion. Once I found out he was setting up his own space, I knew I had to follow and sign up to FighterFit! FighterFit has a community feel which supports members and feeds off Ryan’s teams energy! I can keep it simple and just say Ryan is the best but I won't! He is LITERALLY one of the best trainers I have ever encountered in my fitness journey. He creates an environment that is welcoming for all fitness levels and encourages everyone to support each other and do the best they can. Like he says in every training class, 'Let's go TEAM!' and that is exactly what it is....a group of strangers becoming each others support system. Even the other trainers he has are amazing! Its not everyday I can say, 'Hey I trained with K1 champion kick boxer'. I enjoy every workout I go too! The energy I love especially from Ryan cause even if you have 1 of those days that you really don't want to work out Ryan knows how to get you in the mood to sweat and kick some serious a**. I am on a tremendously enjoyable ride with Ryan - Baby tummy tackler!! Started with this thought but now, getting full body and mind transformation! !. Loving it!! We laugh, I grimace. Ryan's an awesome trainer and a really great guy. He pushes me to work hard, while still managing to make me laugh with his good humour and positive attitude. He mixes up the classes so things never get boring. He's also very focused on proper form and ensuring his students are safe in any activity they undertake.
