Myself and my fiance are not the type to get engagement photos done however, with all our family and friends back in Ireland we said we would do it for them for memories. We were highly shocked and just purely amazed at how they turned out, magical! I was nervous because I've never had a photoshoot done before and my fiance is slightly camera shy! Great team to work with for my Wedding. The photos they took were phenomenal. They worked well in taking your best angle and coming up with creative shots too by using the environment. The price was more reasonable compared to many other photographers for the quality and effort that they put in. You can tell they put in effort into coordinating their locations even during the wedding (you would not want a second photographer/videographer in your shot). My wife and I are so glad to have chosen Farawayland for our engagement and wedding. The hardworking team of Lucho, Phoebe, Rafael, Cinthia and Rebecca were professional, friendly, and a treat to work with. The engagement session was headed by Lucho and Phoebe and they accommodated our requests for the location and our family dogs. It was warm and beautiful, even if our poses were a bit stiff and awkward! Lucho, the primary photographer, has an excellent eye for colours, lighting, and setting. Our wedding day was hampered by rain, but he along with Phoebe and Rafael made the best of it and we couldn't be happier with the results. Rafael, the videographer, captured some beautiful moments to help us remember our special day.Cinthia performed makeup and hair for the ladies, and makeup for the gentlemen. The team is so amazing. They are so organized and put so much detail into their work. You can tell that they are passionate about what they do. Its not a job for them. They provide exceptional service and reasonable prices. Lucho and his fabulous team photographed our wedding in August 2015. Lucho was professional but very approachable, and he met with my husband and I on a few occasions to discuss our vision for photography. On the day, Lucho and his team were on time and they worked tirelessly to help us get the shots we wanted. Lucho is fun and has a laid back personality which helped to capture the candid moments between my husband and I and our bridal party. My husband and I very much enjoyed working with Lucho and his crew. His prices are reasonable and his photos are lovely. One of our friends said that they looked like they should be in a bridal magazine. He is easy to work with and ensures you are satisfied with his work. We got the photography and videography package and it was worth every penny. Now we have both still and live footage from our amazing day. A lot of guests at our wedding could not believe how quiet and sleek they were moving around as there were quite a few of them and they were not in the way at all! Very happy with the videography service Farawayland did for my wedding in June 2018. Videography wasn't a huge priority for me because it was a bit of a last minute decision, so I was very hands-off with the process. Just from a couple of emails, they were able to tell what I wanted and were so easy to work with. They went virtually unnoticed during the ceremony and captured some beautiful footage. The trailer was edited exactly to my liking, even though I had only given them a couple of examples and some general ideas of what I like. My husband and I searched for photographer and videographer companies for a while, only to find that many companies only specialized on one or the other. Some companies did offer packages, but their asking price was very steep. While doing one of our searches, my husband came across Farawayland. They had everything we were looking for and more, for a very reasonable price. The package we selected included bridal hair and makeup. That was one less thing for me to worry about! When Lucho did our engagement photo shoot we were blown away by the quality of work and we were very excited to have him capture our wedding day. On our wedding day, we had an entire team working with us. They were all so flexible, polite, and creative in telling us how to pose and capturing candid moments and details. When Lucho showed us our wedding highlight video I shed tears. Our entire day was summed up into a beautiful 5-minute clip with a song of our choosing. Farawayland was a dream come true for us on our big day. Lucho and his team were incredible! They showed up early and made sure they knew about all of my “must have” shots before getting into the candid pictures of arriving friends and family. Lucho was insightful about poses and lighting for our portrait session and was a nearly invisible presence during the ceremony itself. We worked with Phoebe, and she was amazing. She took the most beautiful pictures from our wedding ceremony. Phoebe was so professional and organized; she arrived 5 minutes prior to our appointment to get set up. She had the most creative ideas about poses and places to take pictures. She edited our pictures 3 days after the ceremony and shared them with my husband and I. She was also very open to our ideas and accommodated our needs.
