This is an incredible boutique studio! I love the variety of classes (yoga, Pilates, HIIT, Met-Con, Strength, etc.), and the smaller group setting makes it possible for instructors to come around and challenge you, or adjust your technique! This is such an amazing studio! I’ve done a few classes here and they were incredible! The kettlebell class was awesome and challenging! Unique and Amazing are the two words I can use to describe this place . I attended a Kinstrech class and at first wasn’t too sure how i could fit this into my routine but after one class found how easily i could incorporate it into my everyday life. I will definitely be fallowing up on other classes offered here . On top of it all you a greeted by a very friendly staff & a very passionate owner who will help you in anyways possible understand everything & answer your question.
