EM- SportScience staff is comprised of experienced exercise physiologists, sport nutritionists, strength & conditioning coaches, kinesiologist, and performance analysts.
For the last six years, we have been working with professional athletes from variety of sports such as soccer, American football, tennis, basketball, baseball, track and field, and more. Our work with professional athletes is being done in all aspects of their life, in order to create the best lifestyle and environment for their success. We build and plan their weekly training routine, recovery protocols, daily nutrition, pre/post competition nutrition, and more, in order to optimize and maximize their athletic performance
However, a large part of our clients is general population, in all ages and genders, to whom we consult about healthy lifestyle, training and nutrition that fits their goals, and build and develop full nutritional and training plans.
Our way of work is not based on specific training methods, special diets, or any other fashionable gimmicks, but on up to date scientific evidence. In addition, each of our services is offered in a tailored-made approach, in which we build and develop from scratch, the best plan for each individual, each in its own way. This combination between the two is the main reason for our clients’ success and goals achieving.
The Founder- Eli Mizelman MSc.:
Eli has a MSc. in exercise physiology and sports nutrition from the University of Saskatchewan in Canada, and a BSc. in Medicine and Biology from Tel Aviv University in Israel. Eli is also a PhD candidate in Sports Analytics and a member of the Sports Analytics Group in Simon Fraser University, Vancouver, Canada. Eli has been working as an exercise physiologist and sport nutritionist for more than 5 years with variety of clients from elite athletes (soccer, cycling, rugby, boxing, basketball, baseball), to general population, to special population (postmenopausal women, Polycystic ovary syndrome patients)
