I have trained with Eduarda through karate, group workouts and personal one-on-one sessions. I would recommend her in a heartbeat to anyone who wants to improve their fitness. She makes each training session challenging and rewarding, is highly motivational, and always ensures your safety and well being to avoid injuries. She is easy to get along with, very helpful, accommodating, and genuinely cares about her clients. I look forward to her workouts every week. More...

I have been in Eduarda's Bootcamp classes for 4 years and had personal training with her in the past. Eduarda's approach is supportive and encouraging, but always realistic and accommodating. She works very hard to stay current and to provide variety and incorporate new things to combat boredom. At the same time, she pushes everyone to work hard, and keep working towards fitness and/or weight loss goals, and to keep ones overall fitness as the ultimate goal. More...

Eduarda is a professional trainer who always takes the time to make sure that you are enjoying your excersize. I enjoy working out with Eduarda she makes the hard work exciting and fun. She has high energy and she loves what she does. She is there to push us and improve our physical selves. I can see the change in my body, she has strengthened and toned my body.
