What do you love most about your job?
Earning trust. I get paid only when a mortgage transaction is complete. So I am motivated to provide courteous, helpful, and accurate advice. I depend on referrals – so my job is a success not if you get your mortgage approved – but rather if you are satisfied with my help.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've experienced both sides of the coin. I lost the opportunity to purchase a couple of properties because my bank was too slow in getting back to me. When I used to work at the bank there were countless times I had to turn down clients due to credit issues, income, or the type of property. I felt very limited and restricted. As a mortgage agent I can deliver the same energy and passion to a much wider audience.
