The invoice total was $200 more than the estimated amount. When I received the estimate there was no clarity that the amount per hour would be determined for each cleaner. As such I was charged for 13 hours of cleaning. My final invoiced price was outrageous and when I brought this up with them they gave me “I am sorry” Very unhappy with this service and the lack of clarity about what the cost would be. More...
