CrossFit 709 and Reps Fitness

Thank you for being available for me during the 2018 CrossFit games. The instructors at CrossFit 709 are amazing. The Front desk staff are very friendly and there is lots of available parking. The people in the gym for very friendly and almost always smiled, said hello or gave a me a high-five. This CrossFit club is not intimidating and they support guests at their currently training level. I am originally from Newfoundland and I was visiting from British Columbia when I chose to visit this club. I look forward to our next WOD togeather. Best gym in town.

It's a very well equipped gym. Much equipment for CrossFit and powerlifting, some strongman stuff + regular cardio and weight machines found at typical big box gyms.
