Life just keeps on getting better! Having received 10 sessions of personal training with Guy for my 67th Birthday, in 2012, my fitness level has never been better. It's the gift that keeps on giving. My strength, stamina, and confidence level is at an all time high. I have participated in 2 Spartan Warrior races, the 10k Mud Hero, and am looking forward to the Rugged Maniac this June.I also enjoy the boxing work outs.
Only with Guy's professional expertise in all areas, have I been able to reach my potential to this new level. Very Empowering.

Guy has been my trainer for over five years now. I started training with Guy after I had lower back surgery. Guy designed my program to make sure that I would learn how to properly perform strength exercises in order to prevent injury, and to help me gain back the strength that I had lost. Not only did I become stronger, but I was able to return to the sport of Dragon Boat at a more competitive level than I was before. Guy was also my trainer during my pregnancy two years ago. He helped me maintain strength, and made sure that I would have the fitness necessary for a healthy pregnancy and delivery. After having my baby, I needed to get back in to shape and Guy helped motivate me to keep improving my strength and fitness so that I could go back to paddling and gain my strength back. I started working with Guy because I had a big goal of running my first marathon in NYC. I had been weight training on my own but was suffering from some injuries. He was so positive and motivated me to focus on the small things first, like integrating weight training into my weekly routine. I was able to complete my race without any injuries, and have since completed a second international marathon. The weight training helps me move better and feel stronger on a daily basis, which is why I have continued to work with Guy and make this a priority in my life. Guy is amazing! He took the time to really understand my fitness goals and personal habits to build workout plans that work well for me. With the combination of online training and 1-on-1 personal sessions, he is patient, very motivational and pushes me to give my very best. I’ve trained with Guy for many years and he is amazing! At Corefit, we start by getting to know you. We offer a free fitness consultation where you have the opportunity to tell us about your goals, healthy history and training history. We also complete a physical assessment where we share the information with you. The assessment helps us when creating your work out plan.

Consistency! There is no one perfect program. The program that you enjoy doing, that gets you moving. That's the program that will get you towards your goals.

Myself, Guy Dufour, am the owner of Corefit. I've always loved physical activity, especially working out. What I love most about my job is that 1) I get to do what I am passionate about and 2) I get to help people take a proactive approach towards their health. Hopefully, in the process, a little of my passion rubs off on you.

At Corefit, we are client focused. Sadly that is not the case for most businesses in the fitness industry. We wanted to offer a no gimmick, no stress approach to fitness. Which is why, if you no longer desire to continue training with us, we reimburse all of your unused sessions. You basically have nothing to lose. Your complete satisfaction is what matters to us.

The 1st reason is competence. I, Guy Dufour, do a lot of the training personally. I have over 20 years of experience coaching and 30+ years of training. The trainers I bring on board are knowledgeable, courteous and share my passion of fitness.
2nd reason is knowledge: we can modify exercises and workouts according to your restrictions. That it is an injury or medical condition.
